    Ingredients for Vegetable Peanut Cheese
    My measuring cup is 250 ml
    The mold is 12 cm in diameter and 6 cm in height
    1 Cup of Raw Peanuts, without salt, without skin
    3 Tablespoons of Provenzal (2 cloves of garlic, parsley, black pepper to taste and 2 Tablespoons of olive oil)
    2 cups of water
    a pinch of turmeric
    2 teaspoons of salt
    3 tablespoons of cassava starch (cassava) or potato starch
    1 tablespoon cornstarch or potato starch
    Optional sweet paprika to finish
