I am looking forward this workout... And I have been doing your belly fat workout and thighs workout for almost 8 months... And I have done some diet... But it's not like I haven't eaten any thing or starved but i have eaten less carbs and more proteins like lentils and two eggs everyday... At lunch And a glass of Luke warm milk every morning... And I am satisfied with my results.. My size droped from xxl to M Thank you Lucy... You really changed my life...

I have been doing this workout now for approximately 6 months and it’s one of my favourites, thank you. I do it alongside cardio and leg based weight training. I have tennis elbow which means I can’t tolerate any heavy weights through my arms. I started this workout without any hand weights but then picked up my 1kg’s to test myself. This has worked great, my arms have vastly improved and I do this 6 days a week without any pain. I would recommend this to anyone 👍
Fantastic as always. Really love these 7 minute routines. Can combine some of them together and make a 30-40 minute workout to cover working on all body parts. 💞💪🏻

I've been doing this workout every day for a couple of weeks now and I love how challenging it still feels. I can see more definition in my arms and my back feels stronger too! Definitely one of my faves 😅

This is great, thank you Lucy. I am doing this after Lucy’s standing abs workout for 7 days ( now day 2), so will be really interested to see how it goes. For this arm workout, you will really feel it! IIt will t also be getting your lymphatic system going which is an extra bonus. Age 56 and currently unhappy with my bingo wings so think this is a great starting point. 18 lbs to lose and looking forward to feeling better 🌞
June 6th, 2023 - Changed it up bit by doing half walking on the spot and half standing in one position. Don't know if it's because of the change but my arms are feeling this exercise strongly. Thanks Lucy! I’m on my second week of consistent Lucy workouts. First week just standing abs/reduce belly fat, second week another one of your standing abs videos and this arm workout. All done in 15 minutes and feel really good for the rest of the day. I can already feel the difference and think by next week will start to see it too. I love this one and feel the burn! But am struggling to get any difference at all on my arms ☹️ The 7 minute belly ones have been wonders for me! My arms are being so stubborn and I do this twice a day
If u want u can try kim balany 5 min arm workout it works wonder

This was a huge burn but wanted more throughout. Going to add as an additional workout along with your belly fat burner and legs and thighs workout. Can I request a back tone workout for 2022!
