I love the idea of small technical tutorials.
"I measure with my hands, because I typically always have them on me..." - I love you!!!! And I am cackling right now lol. Thank you so much for this video - it's super helpful and my pendant is coming along nicely! This is my first video of yours that I've seen but I have a feeling I'm going to be a frequent visitor! Thank you :)
I have been watching you for over a year now. I just love you so much. I have learned how to wrap everything I have, cabs, beads, etc.. I want to thank you Yvonne for being real. Honest & Patient. You are the best. LOve & Hugs!!
What a great job! Some thing I particularly like is that you show and explain where you’re putting your fingers and the pressure you were using when you were making wraps. I am new to this and when I practice that’s one of the things I have a hard time with, so I appreciate you calling attention to that. Thank you.
Sorry I'm going to make one more comment. The last time I did this I ran into the same problem. My poor little spirals are too small.
I think the wire should be 10 inches long. The crystal should start 4 inches in. This is so simple and so great I just want to make a bigger spider old and I want to hug wire just in case makes me feel better. I don't want to take it apart but I'm running out of crystals.
My sister gave me a box of crystals and said make me Christmas ornaments for next year. Siblings she didn't even say please. Thank God I found your video. You may save your life😅
Even after 30 years I'm still terrified of her😂
I absolutely love you and your videos. You are so informative and have the sweetest personality ever. ❤️
Thank you, Yvonne, for such a sweet tutorial. 👍
They are beautiful
Wow. This is the best wire tutorial I’ve seen. Thank you so much. It’s just the right speed so I can follow as I’m really nervous about wire wrapping! I look forward to watching more. You’re great 😊
Woohoo I did it! I got the tools, stone, wire and actually made one that pretty much looks like yours. Thank you!! I think I'll make the back loop a little bigger next time.
I loved this video. Thank you so much for sharing your skills and knowledge with us.
I like that your making smaller projects. Thanks!!
Lol!!! We have to meet some day!!! I love your tutorials!♥️🥰
I love that you don’t feel the need to be “PERFECT”with everything you do- it’s art -not pretentious aristocracy stuff! Your work is AMAZING, CAPTIVATING & EXCEPTIONALLY Beautiful! I fully love everything! Your an inspiration to everyone! Full on loves you guys❤️🌈💋🎉🦋🥰🛍
I guess it's kinda randomly asking but do anybody know a good website to stream newly released series online ?
Ohhhhhyou had me at hello there so pretty I had to stop by and look at these I’m gonna save this to my playlist to make for later
SPLENDID ! Such a pleasure to watch. Thank you so much.
These are so cute! 😍
Wooow can’t wait y’all, see you soon
Love your videos. You are the very first person I started watching when I started wire. Your personality is awesome !!!! Stay safe and warm ♥️♥️♥️🌈🦋
Thank goodness I lost your video but I found it again. Obviously that's a stupid thing to say.
I did this one night while I was lying in bed and I couldn't sleep. I did this mostly in the dark.
So to anybody out there who thinks that they can't do this . If I can do this lying down with a tiny little light anybody can !
I didn't even have to redo it when I looked at it again nailed it the first time which is unusual for me .
So now I'm going to use this technique for the top of a pendant, because for some reason the person's video skipped that part so thank you.
P.S. I am going to subscribe. I just caught some of your other videos and they are really cool.
Super cool!!love them. Thank you
Wow! This is a great, quick tidbit of jewelry making that has a big impact! 💖💖💖
Amaizing

Morning ☀️ All!
Love this! I really enjoy using sea-themed charms and beads too. Super creative use of the octopus, sooo cute!
I love these
Thank you. Eager to try this out. BTW...Love your “practice makes progress” mantra.
Yvonne, you make things look so wonderful!
Love your description how to do your wire wrapping projects! Very easy to follow ❤
beautiful! love it! I'm going to make these today! Thank you Yvonne for such great tutorials!
Thank you, this is so helpful. Happy crafting 🙂
Love your designs and how clearly you explain the project. Looking forward to seeing new ideas 😃
You’re so cute, I just got some awesome green and pink quartz sticks that have holes drilled in them and they’re so beautiful but I didn’t know what to do with them and I think this is a great idea sense I wasn’t sure what to do with them in the first place. I also received from Amazon A variety of colors of wrapping wires, so those may be fun to use too. I’m new to wire wrapping and happen to have plenty of Sterling Silver wire to try this incredible style of Art in jewelry making. Thank you for this beautiful particular way and idea to try. 🥰🌸🍃
Love, love, love your work,.
Thank you for sharing x
Very nice! Excellent teacher!! 🥰
You teach so well and don't doodle around.

Спасибо за МК, прекрасная работа! ❤️🥰👋👍🌹🌹🌹
You’re the best!
Thanks Yvonne, your tutorials are always so clear and informative. They also encourage us to use our creativity, to be original and not make our work a facsimile of yours. Thanks again for your generosity😊.
Very cute.
Beautiful ♡
Awesome, thank you!
Nice
Bellos . Solo que los dos aretes están en la misma dirección. Los estoy haciendo. Gracias por compartir. Están hermosos
Thank you I was just making some earrings worried about cracking the top of the briolette.
( t is silent- bri o lay)😊
Oh gosh thank you. It turns out I was doing it backwards with the lil spirals.
Briolette = "bree-oh-lay". And that's how you say it! :-)
Hello everyone
Cool technique...thanks xox
You do such beautiful work. I watch all of your tutorials and was wondering how long it took you to become so proficient..I am a beginner and it seems like all of my work looks like it was made by a 5 year old. Any tips on how to make my work look somewhat professional.. your tutorials are so good and you make it look so easy...thank you.
Thank you so much for your kindness, Marjorie! I have been wire wrapping since 2008 and I Still make pieces that I feel look rough and childish, and that is ok! It is important to constructively critique our own work instead of comparing it to others. For me, when something looks rough I try to pinpoint Why; usually it is because my pliers chewed up the wire or the lines that I wanted to be graceful and smooth are wobbly and gnarled. Using good quality wire from www.parawire.com instead of cheap craft wire really helped me to feel like I had leveled up. Most of the time when I am making a tutorial on something I had made that design, or elements of the design, anywhere from 10-50 times prior to recording. Lot of Practice, being Patient with yourself, and being Persistent in your effort will get you where you are going! I hope this is helpful to you!
@@backtoearthcreations thank you so much for your quick response....it was so helpful. I don't think I am using the proper wire but will check out the link you provided....please keep up your wonderful tutorials..they are my favorites....
awesome!
My octopus pendants and put sea animals on them. I made a killing selling them.
Thank you. I will give this a shot. 🙃 So you were saying the enamel coated wire is non tarnishing? I have been on the hunt for a wire that doesn't tarnish. Thank you.
OMG I love those octopi! Want...need...hehehe. I love the crystals too! You're so creative. I am emailing you today, btw. I can't get into my account on your site. =(
Yvonne, I'd love to know where you found the shiny copper octopi! Or did you get that color yourself?🤔😽
Hi, thank you :) please what is the size of the Faceted top drilled Bead?
will this work with resin crystals as well?
What would you do for a ❤ red heart dime-size Swarovski crystal? It has a hole in the top middle. I'm very very new to this, but as a long-time crafter, arrest, I'm pretty good. I had 2 of the hearts but 😢 now I only have one. I shattered it as I wasn't gentle enough, and the gauge wire I was working with was way too big😢 thanks love your videos just found you 😊
I can not find the pettit round nose pliers anywhere 🤷🏼♀️ Unfortunately not on your list either, so hope I can entice you to give a link to it? 😁 Thank you for you and your wonderful videos 🙏🏻💚 They got me started making jewelry 💚🙏🏻 The biggest greetings from Denmark 🇩🇰💚🙏🏻
Thank you! This has been the best video for me on understanding how to wrap a briolette...and I have watched several! You said you got your jump rings from Parawire, but I haven’t been able to find them on their site. Could you put a link in here for me? Sorry to bother you about it. Thank you again for your great videos!
When she doesn’t make her own she gets them from the Ring Lord online.
@@judithjeffers7666 thank you.
😍🥰
Hi did you make that octopus ?
Ooooohhh, I NEED 20 guage wire! ^..^~~~
Oh..In have a bunch of different colored chandelier crystals that this is perfect for
I am inspired by your work! But sometimes I have to put my input. I hope you didn't mind.
🌸🍃
😃💯👍😃💯👍😃💯👍😃💯👍
No ví qué cantidad de alambre utilizó 🙈 15, 20 o 25cm???
Hay Yvonne it been a long time but I have a question for you that is verry different from the video..I was wondering if you could look on ring lord look at the dragon fly kit it made use weave Turkish round and I think you might like it to do on a video
Why not just use a bit of the copper wire you just used for the wrap to make a matching jump ring.
Lol, Because I was trying to make the video as quick as possible! 😋 That's a great way of making a matching jump ring and would be way preferable to using some random jump ring loose on my desk
Thanks for your reply I really do enjoy your videos. But I just had to make sure you understood me without getting upset
Def not the same micro round nose as in description:(
