How to Wire Wrap Briolettes for Hanging - 3 Different Styles

- Learn 3 different ways to wrap top-drilled briolettes for adding to your earrings, pendants, bracelets, or other jewelry styles.
Materials Needed:
Top drilled (side to side) briolettes. I purchased mine from various shops on Etsy.com
Style 1: 26 gauge round soft wire (or whatever fits in your stone)
Style 2: 26 gauge round soft wire (or whatever fits in your stone)
Style 3: 22 gauge round soft wire (or whatever fits in your stone)
I purchase my wire from RioGrande.com.
Tools Used:
Chain Nose Pliers (I use Xuron tweezer nose: amzn.to/2qgGwOR And Wubbers chain nose: amzn.to/2Oexzxv )
Round Nose Pliers, (I use Wubbers: amzn.to/2rJlVD6 )
Flush Cutters, (I use Xuron Maxi Shear: amzn.to/2rLWcdf and Micro Shear: amzn.to/2qWbEmG )

Jewelry Polishing Cloth: amzn.to/3fOWMuf

I do have one question, though: your briolettes are drilled side-to-side. While I've successfully adapted your technique for my crystals drilled front-to-back, I wonder if there's a better way for those stones.
How do you keep the wire from unwrapping? Thanks
Hi Kathy! It's tricky, but you have to keep a firm grip on the wire and not let it go completely until you get it fastened off or wrapped around enough to be securely attached.
