Your designs are always the right balance of wire work with the cab. Both coexist beautifully without one element overpowering the other. Such talent you have to create and teach. Tyfs Edit:spelling fix
You are so talented it’s amazing. I enjoy watching your videos very much. Thank you for sharing your designs and ideas. Everything you do is so creative. ❤
Thank you for a very well done tutorial. This will be so useful for me!😊. I have stones to wrap and want to help others learn and create their own jewelry from the stones from the family farm.
Thank you! Ahh I remember those days, so many years ago. I don't wear eyeshadow these days, but It'd be fun to do a makeup related video as I do still use some makeup products.
Hi, wonder if you could offer some suggestions please. I have some cabochon about half the size of the ones you are working on here. What would you suggest as far as wire, design, or anything you could recommend. Thank you.
If you only have round wire, you could try this one: ua-cam.com/video/PqWt7Yfdn1U/v-deo.html If you have square and half round wires, you could do this one: ua-cam.com/video/W5rOtHuck6U/v-deo.html
@@OxanaCrafts Thank you Oxana I shall have a go at this. I noticed how well you hold on to the stone and wire together, it must be the shape of your thumb or you've just had a lot of practice. I have to wear thin rubber gloves otherwise the stone and wire slip in every direction. Like holding on to a greasy pig :)
You can buy enamelled wire such as Artistic Wire or Zebra Wire, many craft stores will stock this type of wire, it basically has a coating on it so will not tarnish and comes in many colors, you just have to be careful not to scratch the coating off with pliers while working with it.
It will work for earrings however there are a few things to keep in mind. This design is easiest to do on stones that are bigger or at least medium sized. So your earrings wouldn't be small and therefore you run the risk of them being quite heavy. But you can use lightweight stones or synthetic stones like resin which wouldn't be as heavy.
I like to overestimate how much wire is needed, it is much better to be left with excess wire than to run out of wire. And this way if someone is following along and their stone happens to be larger, they will still have enough wire.

This is the best instructional video I have seen, and I've seen a lot. 99/100 for the moments the work went offscreen.
Thank you!

Very nice. Love your explanation. Help me a lot.🎉
Have you considered selling kits to make your pendants
Unfortunately with me being in Australia it makes it a bit prohibitive due to the shipping costs.

C'est magnifique ! J'adore 😍🥰

This is a pretty wire wrapped pendant. What wire can I buy so I don’t have to oxidize it?

You are the best. Wow.
I wonder if this would work with earrings? I might try today
