I love H Mart and Korean food! I admit I get a bit intimidated and overwhelmed in the store cause I want to buy everything but not sure how to use a lot of the ingredients.

This looks very delicious. It reminds of when I fry slices of eggplant. Zucchini and yellow squash are good this way too. My husband likes spam and my boys and I like fish. Thanks for sharing. ☺

Looks like I'm off to find a korean market. Have you folks ever done an egg coffee recipe? If not I'd be curious to see what your two's culinary traditions would bring to the table with that one!

I have always wanted to try egg coffee. I will have to experiment with a recipe and try it. 😁👍

Many years ago, my Korean stepmother used to make something she called "Mountain Vegetable." It was delicious, but I have no idea what we would call it here in the US. Maybe some time you could show us how to cook this!

I am guessing that "Mountain Vegitables" means 나물(namul) or 산나물(sannamul). It's one of the types of side dishes. You can search those two words and many recipes of namul with all sorts of greens from hills and mountains will show up :)
