Hi, I will be arriving in the UK soon. Please can you tell me which part of the UK you are located in? I would like to fish with you someday, as I am a pro-South African fisherman. I would love to learn and teach. Do you need a fishing license to fish in the UK? What do you guys normally catch with live bait?
Fishing that close together is my idea of hell, I do most of my fishing on Chesil and always walk for over half an hour or more to get away from the crowds .
A crab wheel hear would good with all the spiders there

Sounds like you did well with the crowds, as you say, similar to the first section of the Admiralty, somewhere to avoid at any time of the week. Was it Sat eve when you filmed this clip?
When fishing down in Dorset the local tip when plagued with spider crabs is to use wire traces ( the thin stuff used for pike fishing) for the last 6 inches to the hook, worked for me when fishing Chesil.

my pet hate is fishing local marks in summer is if someone catches u know within 2-3minutes everyone else will recast and try to get in that spot

Ah mate that’s tragic, did it go wrong? Or just needed to sell it? I’m floating about a few harbours in mine at the moment, planning on heading to Brighton in a couple of weeks, Portsmouth’s not very good for fishing at the moment 😣
No mate it was running better than ever had to sell it for holiday spending money but I'll be back don't worry about that if I don't get one befor Christmas I'll have one for the plaice in the spring off Brighton we had over 70 on my old red sib this year but I wasent doing the videos then 😔😔
