Brighton Marina East Arm Sea Fishing & Local Info Guide

- In todays session I fancied a change of pace from my normal boat fishing sessions and with limited time I hit the Brighton Marina East arm for a few hours targeting plaice and anything else that might come along armed only with a pocket full of rigs, a few weights and abit of bait.
I go into fair detail about the walls and what to expect here as well as chats about the rigs and baits on show so if you’re looking for bit more info on the venue this video may just help you out somewhat.
All rigs today were hand tied and ready made by Cox & Rawle and il link a few on Amazon below if you want them fast and easy.

I'm heading there now I never been before I got squid only. More to get out rather than catch loads. I'd be happy catch anything tonight on beach morning I get a few blacks and see

Yeah we have lost a few people up here to the waves sadly. Some by accident some not but either way it’s far to many

Hi from Eastbourne and another amputee angler. Following Sepsis spinal surgery can't fit prosthetic leg so confined to a wheelchair. Can drive from my chair but I've got a high Sprinter so with all the blue badges in the world I still can't fish Brighton Marina, the angling section of Eastbourne pier allegedly has a step to stop me, can't fish there either, wheelchair won't do shingle beaches. Would like to buy a small coastal fishing boat maybe even a S.I.B. but after 30+ yrs. living abroad I have no local knowledge. slips, moorings etc. so. if you're still with me, firstly thanks for reading. and secondly, please can you point me in the right direction, if there is one, to how n where I might try drowning a bait? I have never fished Eastbourne pier myself but I do know it has two levels I believe, an upper and a lower but il go and check it out and see how it is for you!
Newhavens west beach car park is easy access for the likes of us and you can park and fish from the car, fishing isn’t amazing but it does throw fish up!
I’m a amputee angler too for beach work I use a tri-ride Madmax model expensive but it works
@@theamputeeangler Thanks for taking the time to read and reply. I have tried the Fort at Newhaven but because my van is higher than the bar I am restricted to summer season day-time or find parking on the approach road. Thanks again anyway.
@DavidSmith-tu6jd I will try and look into a few marks, Worthing pier is flat but isn’t a park a play job it requires some “walk” as it were to get to the end but I will try and put a video together of some accessible marks for us less abled folk
@@theamputeeangler A video to aid and assist anglers with restricted mobility would be a fabulous idea but not commercial enough for the able bodied to be bothered with. A very slack handful of us 'raspberries' enjoying your video won't impress your youtube ratings but I'll love it. HAHA.
