Easy 3-ingredient Peanut Butter Cups

Peanut butter and chocolate are a perfect match. When combined together they make the perfect treat: Peanut Butter Cups. So easy and you can make them at home with just 3 ingredients.

Ingredients (to make 6 - 8 cups):
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or creamy, not chunky
- 1/8 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
Equipment:
- Muffin tray
- 6 to 8 muffin liners
Directions:
- Line 8 muffin tins with muffin liners
- Melt 1/3 of the chocolate chips
- Pour evenly into the muffin liners
- Place muffin tin in the fridge for one hour until the chocolate solidifies
- Place the peanut butter into the microwave for 30 seconds
- Add to it the powdered sugar and mix well until the sugar melts and all lumps disappear
- Pour 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the solidified chocolate
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Melt the rest of the chocolate chips, and pour to cover the peanut butter cups
- Tap the tray a few times to flatten the top and place in the fridge for one hour
- Peel the paper liners while the peanut butter cups are still cold
- And Enjoy!
