Probably air trapped in your heater core or clogged heater core. I’d flush the core then bleed coolant system very thoroughly. When you think it’s bled all the way, do it again. Air can easily stay trapped in there

This happen to me with my mustang every time I race the engine it wouldn’t over heat but when I shut the ride off and park it after pushing the engine over 4k RPM, the coolant would come out of the coolant cap steaming, I started stressing about it because I thought it was a bad head gasket but i check the oil and there’s no milky liquid or signs of coolant in the oil and I check my exhaust and there no smoke whatsoever so I checked my thermostat and it was stuck half way open, jammed I would say and my water pump was giving out making a whine, but the signs I seen with my damaged thermostat it would take 15 miles to get to normal temperature and my gas MPG was bad and everytime I pushed the engine the temperature gauge would slightly go into the heat side until I let off the gas it would cool down, but I changed out the water pump and thermostat my car doesn’t do that anymore

Afterwards, I burped the coolant with a big funnel, but now the coolant level on the expansion tank is a bit high after the car seats overnight. I agree with most of you regarding his voice. He is hard to understand. Slow you're talking down a little, and don't bump your gums so hard.
