Mangus, you freaken rock! Thank you for your help - it's clear that you know your stuff. and i like how simple it may be to exercise, remain active, and advance.... I like how well you teach.. thank you for your excellent videos..

Hi Mangus, thanks for all your help and it’s certainly does shows how easy it can be to work out and keep moving and growing. The nutritional info is great 💪 I finally sat down and did the math and ready to do the work 🥲 Keep growing ❤️
This was one of my favorite videos from you! I appreciate the balance you teach-so great. I’m with you, my current routine and needs are weights, followed by pilates and yoga. Thank you for your consistency and balanced approach to fitness.
Great advice as usual, right now I am going to the gym 5 days a week. I do the elliptical machine, core every session and strength training. So I plan to switch it up and go four days a week, three days muay Thai or traditional boxing and two days of yoga. That is the plan, let's pray.
I did a similar workout, push, pull, legs. But I'm starting to wonder if hitting a muscle group only once a week is enough (for me). I'm going to change it up for a bit and do full body 3x a week to see if I notice strength and muscle gains.
Love your advice on hard/heavy sets first. I don’t that for everything except legs. I have to hit leg extensions before squats because it warms up my knees. Don’t know what it is but my knees hurt like hell when I squat first but are good to go after extensions. Not sure why that is.
Why do you consume nearly 40g of protein on your shakes, etc? Not asking to be critical. Just hear so often you can only absorb closer to the 20g range. Thanks in advance.
I don’t want another thing in my life to make me feel small and weak and stupid, like juijitsu. I want to do things I can excel at and feel better about myself.
Hey Magnus, what's your opinion on Pull/Push/Legs workouts? Working out muscles more than once a week gives more results when comparing to only once a week. Scientific studies sustent this theory

Thanks Magnus, I’m really enjoying your channel and what amazing motivation!
My weakness is the programming part. When to progress or regress. Great video. Thanks

Sometimes it can take ages looking around for papers when doing research and then posting/uploading. Which company did you study with?
you mustn't have learned much if you think magnus is any good at this.

Would you recommend your split also for woman?
Maybe for your knees you should also try to work in your running form. Most of the time there are little thing but can cause bigger problem 🏃💪👌🤗

Good question, you have been misinformed. We can absorb about 30-50g of protein per meal depending on fat free muscle mass.
Your videos make me hungry :)
Can you make a vid on golfers elbow

Doesn't peanut butter have vegetable oil in it?
Not all of them. The best ones are literally just the peanuts 🥜
vegetable oil is so bad haha
Peanuts are crap. Full of mold. Delicious, but literal pig food. He must have a really good gut bc most of that stuff would kill me.
I like your video, but youre second time talking about „anabolic window”. Its myth from 80-90s. There is no such thing. It was debunked many times.

Love your content but please can your cameraman focus on more stady filming otherwise i can't watch your videos 😪
