"911 What is the emergency." "Yeah, I just past a road that was totally flooded." "No problem sir, Give me the location and we will send Post10 out to clear it."
Hey, I find your videos quite fascinating because you remind me a bit of myself. When i was younger I used to clear drains and little streams after a heavy rain event, just for the pleasure of it 😁. I’ve always had a vast interest in how water infrastructures work. I’m so fascinated with drainage systems, dams, spillways and reservoirs, and water networks. I’ve been very fortunate to have a job in the water industry. I’ve worked with sewer networks for the last 8 years and i get to see many culverts and massive underground sewer tunnels here in the UK. Keep posting your videos, I really enjoy them. Thanks, Andy
I never thought I would receive such vicarious satisfaction from watching a road slowly become unflooded. Or from watching a drain start to work, and the thrill of getting a whirlpool.
That was awesome, as always. I wonder how many people are safer on the roads because of you and don't even know it. Inspired by, and in honor of, Post 10 I cleaned out the drain on our corner after yesterday's snowfall. He's right (of course) boots do work well, especially with slush. Got all the snow and slush and puddled water out of the way of the crosswalk to the elementary school. Pales in comparison but every little bit helps, eh? There should be a Post 10 challenge-do something good for your community and post it here. Spread the good.
I've been watching the radar and seeing the rain going up the east coast then going to youtube to see if Post 10 has posted any new videos. We scored one tonight! You did good once again. One thing though, we didn't see where it came out. Surprising, a first time for everything. I remember an underpass here where I live and the DPW were dispatched out there to see why the water was 4 feet deep and drowning cars. I watched them struggle to pull a large king size mattress off the drain. Geez, some people throw anything in the street! We need more Post 10!
After watching your videos, I took it upon myself to move a large piece of tin out of our rd this morning. It is an extremely busy rd and cars really couldn't get around it. I thought of you. It is something you would do. 😃
After watching some of your videos, my friend says he doesn't like when folks clear the storm drains because he likes to go out splash people. So I call 311 to report any floods every time it rains. Our friendship has gone stale.
Hope you are dressing in layers and keeping warm. Don't want you getting sick in that nasty weather. You need a flashing sign that says "SLOW THE F DOWN!!" lol
I love your videos, but I am not going to lie, I get kind of pissed off at how people just fly by you. You are out there making the roads safer for them and they just fly past you with very little disregard to your safety. Stay safe out there.
That is a common problem - even for people that does this as a job. Nearly every person that works in this area is hit by a car in their working life. The risk of a road maintenance worker to die while working is statistically 13 times higher compared to another non-office job. And that is why I do not understand post10 that he does not wear full body reflective gear and why he don't use a blinking emergency lantern of the kind you can buy to secure accidents.
Excellent volunteer spirit improving road safety despite decreased visibility/distracted/mean spirited drivers splashing the heck out of you. Another outstanding job with very satisfying results, brightens my day, thank you Post 10.
Jesus, those people were in a real hurry! I hope you are still carrying that blinking strobe light on you, Post. One cannot trust those speed demons to slow down. Excellent work as always! Stay safe!
Have to add......I can't believe how you go out in ALL KINDS OF WEATHER. Is there any time you don't or can't? You are a blessing to so many and they don't even realize it. 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Yeah! These are my fave vids! Love watching you clearing the gullys but totally worry some crazy motorist is gonna take you out! Hope you’re wearing full high viz water proofs mate - stay safe and keep up the great work. If you were in the UK I think you’d be knighted for “services to the community” and rightly so!
👍🌟🌟🌟🌟👌💕💕💕🙏 As always a great job well done! Sorry for the stinky skunk and careless cop car! Remember you are being prayed for and appreciated by hundreds... world-wide!!!!👍🌟🌟
Who decides they’re going to watch a storm draining video and dislikes it?!?!? Keep up the great work post. I appreciate it and videos. Stay safe out there!!!
Weeee! This is gonna be fun. And it was fun but scary , how fast are those cars running. 1 of the 2 cars that soaked you was the police. 2:27, up ummmh pissed. Anyway, great flood draining video. Loved it. There's a train overpass in my town that's underpass floods every single time it rains hard, always has. Sometimes as deep as a car is tall I'll never look at it the same.
Great job as always. City workers getting paid for a job that they are suppose to be taking care of..? Yeah right..! They're paying the wrong people..! 😠 Have a great day..! 💯👍😊
Another public service well done. One would have thought the Police would have shown more respect. Have you ever thought about testing the water for chemicals and other stuff. Keeping a log as you go? May be useful when have a DB of local info. Maybe the city sewer system or extension office has something you can use for free? May be worth checking out.
The gully that is blocked below the grating, you can try using the other end of your rake through the grate to stir up the sediment which sometimes frees it up
I don't know what got you started clearing drains...but I bet there are a lot of people that are glad you did!!! God bless you and stay safe.
"911 What is the emergency."
"Yeah, I just past a road that was totally flooded."
"No problem sir, Give me the location and we will send Post10 out to clear it."
the nahh the director of public works does it😂😂
Jajajajaja OMG...😂
More like "no problem sir, one of our units already soaked the guy who is trying to unclog the drains so he is on it."
@the ...made my day! "...but will he come?"
Brilliant.

Yessss! So satisfying! The atmosphere is awesome, a dark stormy night and gentle rainfall.
"gentle" lol

Hope you're wearing some serious hi-vis, bro. Stay safe.
He has a sweet jacket that cdx gave him
And he shines the light down so it illuminates the jacket
D. R. Snake You can lilterally see the jacket shining at 5:45 without it being in the camera
That didn't sound like a guy's voice to me, I think it might have been a woman
Are you in the wrong video or something, dude? Nobody said anything about a voice.
After watching some of your videos, my friend says he doesn't like when folks clear the storm drains because he likes to go out splash people. So I call 311 to report any floods every time it rains. Our friendship has gone stale.
Wow, what a douche.
your friend would end up with a big fine if he lived here in the UK ,its an offence to splash people on purpose
Hope his bank account also goes stale under the sheer weight of fines.
Happy Valentine’s Day bro cheers to you for keeping our streets flood resistant👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hope you are dressing in layers and keeping warm. Don't want you getting sick in that nasty weather. You need a flashing sign that says "SLOW THE F DOWN!!" lol

Don't be mad at them, it's not intentional. It's just hard to text and drive in the rain.
Some drivers think it's funny to drench other people, doubt very much they'd laugh if they got drenched!

Our prayers have been heard, a post 10 video just before sleeping time!
Excellent volunteer spirit improving road safety despite decreased visibility/distracted/mean spirited drivers splashing the heck out of you. Another outstanding job with very satisfying results, brightens my day, thank you Post 10.
this and culverts are my favorites! Great job Post!!
I always look forward to seeing Post10 save the day by clearing drains! Good job man, keep up the good work and stay safe!
Jesus, those people were in a real hurry! I hope you are still carrying that blinking strobe light on you, Post. One cannot trust those speed demons to slow down.
Excellent work as always! Stay safe!
My mind, post 10 is a mysterious real life superhero.
and his cape would be fluoro with reflective lines and edge ....
And he wouldn't need a mask because he works in the shadows... Of rural forests and underground drainage systems haha
I can see post 10 in the house and as soon as it starts to rain its like a super hero suit up scene. Stay safe man
Your commentary sometimes amuses me so, thanks for the chuckles Post10
Still waiting ‘till the day you get a million subs.
Hopefully one day he is as successful as Primitive Technology, because these videos are as relaxing and informative as his.
Shouldn’t take that long by the look of things! Great vids !
@@Mephiston
I dread to think what Primitive Technology would do with Tonka.
Have to add......I can't believe how you go out in ALL KINDS OF WEATHER. Is there any time you don't or can't? You are a blessing to so many and they don't even realize it. 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I always look forward to your videos, I like it: the lack of respect from motorists annoys me: good luck
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Glad to know post is still out there keeping us safe. Love you buddy
The copper was the worst offender, wtf?, let me put on my big surprised 😮 face. Great job post 10. 💚💚
pigs...
Thank you for the videos. Stay safe out there!
Fantastic as always Post......my favourite type of video.....sorting a flooded street
Consider making measuring marks on the handle of your rake for gauging depth.
that's a really good idea!
Or paint a line on his boots
Just love you being you, Post😊. Thanks for the valentine's video treat!❤
Draining flooded streets videos are always my favourite.
Glad to see you have a rake this time. Appears to have really helped. Great work. 💕💕
Blessed be the man who finds fulfillment in his good work.
seen this post on some of his other vids...He's the hero we need, not the one we deserve.
Thank you Post10! You're dedication is inspiring.
Another great service to your community.
great job, Mr Post! if we had more people like you we'd have fewer clogged drains
I enjoy watching your videos , the culvert ones are my favourite. Thank you .
What an insult - all the work you do for road safety and the Police have the cheek to soak you through ! Keep up the good work :-)
Awesome video and awesome job cleaning out those drains and Culverts
I don't know why he does this, but at the same time I don't know why I enjoy these videos.
Great job Post10!! You really need to get paid for doing what you do!

Solid performance from post10. That was a fast road. Stay safe buddy.
Man, you're a hidden hero!
What a great guy to do this. ❤️❤️❤️
These are the post10 vids that I really like. Clearing beaver dams out in the wilderness is ok but THESE street drain vids are productive 😀
New post 10 video! Great Valentine’s gift! 😊
Another gem from your endeavors! 😊
Much love to you knight of the unclogging ❤
Great job man. Thank you for sharing.
Good work as always. Great videoing as well. Please be safe out there. Seems like you always are.
Me : paying £190 car tax a year to keep road safe and clean
Post 10 : “where’s my rake?”
Post10 and Drain Addict are the best channels on UA-cam !!!
You are one awesome guy - I love the work you do and enjoy all your videos - keep up the great work
mate as always good job!
Andy from Australia
That rain was like: Hell no, it is no reason for me to drop down anymore while Post 10 is out on the street. I'm out! :)
Stay safe buddy, love the videos.
Turn subtitles on, "Applause" every time a car passes. Couldn't agree more!
I need more! lol We need a new lake drain :D
Happy Valentine's Day Post 10..Ty for another interesting video
Great job as always. City workers getting paid for a job that they are suppose to be taking care of..? Yeah right..! They're paying the wrong people..! 😠 Have a great day..! 💯👍😊
My day gets better when i see a new post 10 pop up.
When he finds one and when the whirlpool starts I have Carmen Burina playing in my mind and the heavens bow down to Post
I don't know why this is so satisfying
Thank you for the unclogging. I’m sure the driving public are happy with your acts. 🙂👍🇺🇸
wish we had a bunch of guys like you down here in the south east. especially with all the rain and flooding we have had here the past 2 weeks or so.
Its 4.23 AM here. I cant sleep and i enjoying your Video . Greetings from Germany .
Dude do u see how rude they are they splash u when u are helping us keep the good work going😊
You’re doing God’s work! 🙌😁
God's work:
- Creating the universe
- Making forbidden fruit
- Clearing clogged drains
So satisfying! Nice work!
That was so satisfying.
"I'm gonna get soaked ... whoah". Post 10 accurately predicts the future....
These videos are so satisfying many thanks
Another public service well done. One would have thought the Police would have shown more respect.

You're one very special person.
To protect and serve....and also to soak. Be safe out there, can't believe how they're flying by you.
We could do with you over here in the UK at the moment lots of flooding happening. Stay safe mate.
Jeezus! What a Road. Looked like rush hour. Stay Safe Out There. That was insane. I knew you’d find it.
Love your content. Stay safe.
Post 10 and his magical rake to the rescue!
you inspired me to unclog my own drains.
Nice work looked like the one you went back to is blocked very slow draining away same every where so many stupid drivers take care 😀
People just splashing and they know he's out there trying to help them
I must be getting old. I could have swore the title of the video said "draining flooded underpants". :D
LOVE THIS REMARK.!!! I had to go back and double check.
It is 10 below zero at my place, nice to see liquid water!
You do it so well. But, anyway, be careful of cars. Good luck!
The gully that is blocked below the grating, you can try using the other end of your rake through the grate to stir up the sediment which sometimes frees it up
An excellent worker
Your doing a great job post 10 keep it up 👌.
