I have no interest in doing this and have no idea why but I can’t stop watching you work. Good job. I have watched 4 of these videos already. The hair salon was the craziest.
Is it really no corn? I don't imagine they have the sewer come out into the yard drain but it looked like there was a TON of corn around both of the grates.
And the sounds of the screams from the Funnel web spiders biting you with all their 6 inch fangs!!! Lets not forget about those :( Im gonna double check my blankets when I go to bed just now cos you never know.
I can't wait. I have been watching ollie's videos for the past 2 weeks. I am doing a residential remodel on a rental and the owner asked me if I knew someone who could clear a corrugated drainage pipe. It's most likely full of leaves and dirt. I ordered up a jetter for my pressure washer and am going to give it a shot tomorrow. Been watching, learning, preparing, and will summon my inner ollie tomorrow. Granted I realize my shitty 3k psi pressure washer doesn't have nothing on the real equipment. Still debating if I should wear my high end rain gear. I have orange gloves, but don't have the full length cow insemination glove.
I love your vids, especially this one. I can’t watch the ones with waste. I can’t stomach them! This is why I became an electrician. I can’t do poop! That is why I respect the hell outta you guys! You get right in there and don’t fuck around! My kind of guy! Salute from NY!
@Bugsyerin5645 Leaves me feeling more likely to click like once I've watched the videos. And the only 'giveaways' he does is when he finds dandelion seeds. All good.
Better to pay more now and get it done while he's there than to have the roots grow longer and thicker later and then cause a massive issue that needs jackhammering or digging of the entire pipe later on. The man's questioning of the drain grate at the beginning leaves to the impression that he had just bought the house and discovered the drains don't work.
For some reason I always end up watching this when I'm high....... The animals sound on the background is soothing, and this great dude is always so calm. Keep up making videos man! Gr from The Netherlands 🇳🇱
Your magic wand makes my day. I can't spell guerney right, so I will call it George. I won't hug it or squeeze it, but I love it!! No double barrel doodad, but you did a fantastic job. I laughed every time you cleaned the lens of the poor GoPro, but you did an admirable job trying to keep us all happy. Have a great day!! Hope you get Just out of bed and make him go to work before noon!!! lol
Must be quite a something leaving the place in the right shape, clean, and ready again for rains ! Bit a nothing that must change lots of deals, or moods .
Hi no1--2----3-- but I really enjoyed the video because I liked watching the water go down the drain backwards opposite way of which are water flows down the drain and where are we in the USA God bless and keep up the good work
love those root nozzles! i use reverse button head no forward with 6-8 reverse jets and cradle my hose like a steering wheel back and forth as i go up and down the line... i also use spartan 200 for inspecting every job and locating aboveground weaknesses and detail as needed using sewer jetter...
Great video, good job. I worked at a golf coarse in Florida with 36 holes and a lot of land, it had French drains and regular drains, one drain we had to clean everyday because of beavers.
Bc of the scenery, bird sounds, and people I told my wife that we are going to Sydney on vacation sometime soon. I live in NW Arkansas and have known an Austrailian exchange student. Wonderful girl. And a New Zealander physical therapist, an awesome person. I have been facsinated with your land down under. I hope to meet the Drain addicts!!
Sorry, fella. No discounts for scooping out the dirt. I’m shocked the guy did not know about the legendary DA and his famous jets. The guy did, however, recognize the genius in his presence, otherwise known as the Drain Master, the Drain General, the Drain Wrangler, the Drain King, the Drain Guru, the Drain Boss, et cetera, et cetera. Best channel!
The nozzle on the wand, it’s called a turbo nozzle here in the States. I have one that goes on my 4000 PSI pressure washer. It’s a zero degree nozzle with rotation. It will eat you alive cleaning concrete! You do not want any exposed skin on your body... I use it to clean my driveway and sidewalks. I have a pressure gauge on my washer so I don’t damage the paint on my home and on my vehicles...
Unfortunately that is a myth. The direction of the whirlpool has more to do with the shape of the drain, air currents and how the initial stream is initiated. There is something called the Coriolis effect that does influence the direction of wind currents from one hemisphere to another. But it has no effect on something as small as a drain. This explanation might help. “It is impossible to find a cup full of water that does not have some average net motion; it will always be going one way or the other, and that little amount of angular motion is enough to swamp the Coriolis effect. The net motion in the water becomes much more pronounced as the water is forced to move in toward the center of evacuation, causing the normally invisible flows in the water to become visible as the water nears the drain. The ultimate direction of that flow is random--it can go one way one time, the other way the next.” Also remember that the camera reverses the view perspective, unless the camera has been set to adjust for the mirror effect.
I was sure from the beautiful sky and greenery as well as the accumulation of water from what i can assume many rainy days u guys were British, but now im thinking Australian the more i hear ur guy's accents.

No hesitation on Ollie’s part. He goes in deep despite no long glove. Love your commitment to the job.
At least it was rainwater and not a shitefountain of grossness. lol No long glove needed for rain water and roots. :)

So the cutter is pushed past a patch of roots and when pulled back is when it chops it up? Great camera and that flashlight is awesome!!
