Hoods aren’t really as shadowy as cartoons would make out, and in the middle of a fast-paced battle as seen in CW and the comics, a hood would not cover your face the entire time. Seeing Palpatine covering his face was fine in the films, because he only really did it in moments he was walking or standing still. A lightsaber duel is a completely different scenario.

Like appearing more dark and menacing to people as Sidious and like some fiendly grandpa, or strong wise guy, or whatever his role as chancellor requires at that time. So people won't even get the idea to conflate the two. He could probably also suppress that though in people to begin with.

While it's never been stated if he knew, I feel Sidious would not want him to, either in case he gave it away or just the fact that he never needed to know as he was always a pawn like Dooku, but of course Dooku knew for obvious reasons. As for when they attack Maul and Mother Talzin, he probably cloaked himself from with the force, besides, his hood never seemed to fall off while fighting Maul on Mandalore. If Disney revived The Clone Wars again and gave us this arc, we might have a better chance at knowing. 😄
funny enough, one thing that was noted about Grievous when he first entered the war was that he was ungodly fast and even experienced Jedi masters were shocked by his speed.

They have very strict laws about hiring non-Canadians to work on Canadian media productions, even if it’s been commissioned/contracted by another company from another country. There are of course a few exceptions to this rule, hence why we can occasionally get non-Canadians doing voice work for Canadian animations (one of the most famous was Tara Strong voicing Twilight Sparkle. Yeah don’t ask me how they were able to swing that) And yes, encase you didn’t know, Canadian company WilFilm used to handle the majority all of the lego animations. I don’t know who does them for Star Wars now. I know for Ninjago the contract was given to Wildbrain, and they may be handling the modern specials too, based off of the 3D texturing that can be seen on the characters, but I haven’t really looked into it.
