I love how Neuro doesn't understand Saruei half the time, and just blatantly flirts with her the other half. Rizzing her way through a job interview. It also highlights some interesting aspects of the AI, if she understands gibberish she'll answer with it, there won't be a coherent conversation. But she still tries to be nice and make people happy.

Like, isn't it a bit weird that so many romantic social ritual boil down to just giving compliments to each other? Why can't we just honestly tell each other what we feel, why does it have to be wrapped up under the context of romance? What's wrong with a sincere and candid "I love you"? Neuro is being very based here. Perhaps she doesn't really understand the meaning of romantic love and just uses the word "love" to express affection in general.
