1. Cut out all animal products
2. Cut out oil (steam, bake, roast, air fry, or water sauté instead)
3. No processed foods (Whole Foods only)
4. At each meal fill each plate with starches(potatoes sweet potatoes, rice, pasta, quinoa, high quality bread) and any vegetables.
5. Find oil free recipes and have 3 go-to meals.

My ex ate mustard sandwiches. When he was a child in the 70s, the school phoned his mother and inquired why there wasn’t any meat in his sandwich. She was so embarrassed that she made him bring meat everyday and told him she didn’t care if he threw it away, but it was going to be there for staff to see. 😂

Hi. I am 60. It was suggested that being on a plant based diet would be helpful as I wean off a strong RX. A bit overwhelmed to make extra changes. My appetite is already poor.

My struggle is cholesterol, other than that I’m healthy so I’m trying to cut on dairy which I’m addicted to and probably red meat. I do not need to lose weight thank goodness. The problem is I really don’t like rice or pasta or sweet potatoes, not do I like grains 🙄 very few options after that!
What do you put on a baked potato or sweet potato? Without butter it has to taste horrible.

Thanks for sharing hun. I very rarely use oil and I guess whether it’s coconut or olive oil it’s similar to sunflower oil which people say it’s really bad. I steam or use water. It’s interesting about animal products. I do eat meat but I’ve cut down to eventually cut out totally. I’ll be honest, I thought eggs were good as it’s on the list of healthy protein. Have you always been vegan hun? I always thought chicken and fish was good. I love ❤your videos. Would you say avocado is ok? I know it has a lot of fat. ❤xxxxxx

I believe you're thinking of fat; we do need some fat for our brains, and other essential functions in our bodies. And we can get that from whole food plant based sources like avocados, nuts and seeds😊
