WOW, what an informative video, and very well explained. I'm trying to get back into partner dancing and end up being dizzy from all the turns. Now I'm going to face it and practice instead of letting it stop me. Thanks so much!

I am 75 y.o. and agree 100% with your comments about the importance of balance. I have worn a fit bit since they first started selling them. Its greatest benefit to me is that it keeps me aware of how many steps I walk every day. Today there are many other brands of fitness trackers available, so there's a terrific selection. In addition to getting a fitness tracker, I encourage everyone regardless of age to join a gym too. I have been told that the no. 1 most important exercise for seniors is squats. Not only will squats maintain or restore your ability to tie your shoes without sitting, pick things up from the floor and climb stairs, squats will help your balance too. ❤

2:50 I lost my balance and had to use a walking stick for a while. I started to notice I needed it less & less (I exercised a lot, but not balance specific) and kept on forgetting to grab it and finally lost it when I left it in a public space and drove off. I even once went to my dr, and half way through the session, I noticed i had left my stick in the reception area and had to quickly go out and retrieve it.
