It's a very special run and win because they outdid many points they never achieved before or in a long time all in the same run; winning 4 straight games in a serie, winning a serie against Pittsburgh, making it to the finals for the first time in 20 years and actually winning the damn thing for the first time ever. It was such an unbelievable run like if for this one time , the hockey gods were like "ok guys enjoy, we stop trolling you, you can have it this year"
One of my favorite things is about the ceremony at the end. When the Conn Smythe was awarded, he shyly smiled and kind of took it around. It was like, nice. However, when the Cup was given to him, he exploded.
That's goal(@ 29:13) I still haven't seen it without getting tears in my eyes... I was live on social media when that goal was scored & in the mist of my joyous rant... My live was ended with a phone call that my now deceased baby boy had just been born 😔😭 #LLTA👼🏾
