    Recipe:
    Whiting 2 pieces
    2 tablespoons of butter
    1/4 of creole seasoning
    Pinch of pepper
    1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
    1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon of diced green bell pepper
    1 tablespoon of diced yellow onion
    1 tablespoon of celery
    1 tablespoon of red bell pepper
    Add the butter and let it melt on medium low for 3 minutes then add your fish. Season your fish 5 minutes in on the stove. Add your bell peppers, onions and celery. Put the lid on the skillet and let it cook for 10-15 minutes on simmer. Slow cook it for a better taste. You can add fresh broccoli or frozen broccoli the same time you add the seasoning.
    Bake potato:
    Add 1/2 cup of water to a bowl and poke 7-8 holes in to the potato with a knife or fork. Add the potato to the bowl and microwave it for 5 minutes. Turn the potato and microwave it for 5 minutes again. Remove and add to a bake on 375 for 3 minutes. Turn and bake for another 3 minutes. Rub butter around the skin to keep it from drying out and bake again for 1 minute. Turn and bake for another minute.
    Fry your bacon on the stove for 15 minutes on medium low. Flip accordingly. Chop the bacon when it is done.
    Add a tablespoon of butter, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, sprinkle of salt and a sprinkle of garlic powder and one slice of cheese. Microwave it for 40 seconds. Add you ranch or sour cream and bacon! Enjoy!
