You all prolly dont care at all but does anyone know of a trick to get back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost my password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
I hope I can find the right door! Even if now I have a job that I do not enjoy, I will keep trying untill I find one that would suit my persona. Thank you for your advises!
UPDATE: I had the job December 2020 and started January 2021. I still believe for an employment in the USA that will pay me very well, healthy environment and sponsor me this year. God is able
I’ve been a big of you for years on LinkedIn & was so glad to find you on UA-cam! I’ve watched your entire masterclass on how to get a job & nail interviews. I spent one week applying for jobs left and right. I heard back within 2-3 days from my “dream job” that would literally double my income. I spent an entire day watching your videos, taking notes, and doing research into the organization I had an initial interview with. I prayed before each step in the process and I went through each step at peace and knowing it was going to be mine (thanks to your advice! I’m usually a nervous wreck) I was moved on to the second round the following day & I was excited! I went back to my notes from your masterclass and started fine tuning my responses to some interview questions & started practicing what I was going to say out loud. I left that second interview confident that I nailed it! Just a few days later I was sitting in a 3rd interview with the CEO. Within the first 2 minutes of the conversation he says “this is really an informal interview… we’re just having a conversation so I can get to know you. Anybody who comes as highly recommended as you from (name) & (name) is in the door. So tell me about yourself.” I’ve never been so excited and prepared to tell him about myself! My skills, my background, and what I can bring to the company. I received my offer letter the NEXT MORNING!!!!!!! Thank you Brigette. Although I had the skills and background for this job, you gave me the knowledge and confidence to apply for my dream job, nail the interviews, and get hired FAST!!!!
I've was just in a situation while during the interview, the interviewer asked me a question I was not prepared for. I asked her to repeat the question and used that time to gather myself and nailed the question!

Brigette, I put in practice your advise on did my homework about researching the company and guess what...this was the 2nd question the interviewer asked me and i excelled on my response. Your video came to my eyes at the right time. Thank you very much!
@@lizethalvarez9710 I did not get the position at work. I did ask for suggestions for next time and was told that I did very well and should do the exact same thing and continue to apply as new opportunities arise. It was a very competitive role where over 100 employees applied in 2 days.
Your tips are so insightful. Ive been in HR for 13 years and mostly on the interviewing side of things after losing my job in Dec 2020 Im now on the other side of the table and there are things I was unaware of as an interviewee. Thanks and God bless you for investing in our bright futures 😊🙏🔆

I love this. We use the STAR technique as a general rule (situation task action and result). Be prepared also to answer questions like what do you like least in a job. Turn it into a positive.
I am almost 62 and I value your advice. I had many job interview coaches emphasize my resume but NOT being relaxed and sounding prepared for the job. Thank you 😊 for your tips!
Brigette, I have been following you for a while but just discovered your videos. THANK YOU for these videos. The ability to actually 'hear you' is, for me, invaluable. You are so positive and it comes through loud and clear. Again THANK YOU.
Very good points. I think the problem with many of us, we do not learn these techniques as we go along, we try to cram in the information just before an interview and sometimes get confused.
I’m picking up that beautiful Trinidad accent. Great tips. I’ve been applying these tools. I go into the interview with the intent of making it more of a conversation in selling myself.
I stumbled across your video 2 hours before I went for interview, it helped me a lot, felt like you were sent directly by God to instil the calmness and reassure me that God is with me, all I need to do is my best and God will do the rest. Thank you very much❤
I watched this video and a couple others you have posted before my interview today and I got the job! Thank you so much for the insight and boost in confidence ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for creating such helpful content. I've had a 'temp' job for 1 year and a half now so I have been interviewing for other roles and it's been a challenge to find time and get in the right mindset to prepare and research but you're absolutely right when you say that research is a huge part of it. If I may add something - companies don't want you to know only the product/contents they're selling - I had a question that caught me off guard that was ''How is company X funded?'" and I must admit I was at a loss!
I recently came upon your videos and liked, subscribed, and got notified. 😊 So glad I did. You are very well versed when it comes to interviewing and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge! I listened, prepared, went on the interview and got hired. I was so nervous as I had not been on an interview in over 27 years!!! But I did as you said and turned that nervousness into excitement and prepared, prepared, prepared! I probably knew more about the company than the interviewers. 😂 As you say, "failing to prepare, will prepare you to fail". Words to live by. Thank you again and God bless!
I learned of your content on LinkedIn and started searching for your books on Audible or podcasts on Spotify with no luck! So so so overjoyed to find you on UA-cam! Thank you for what you do!!

Thank you! I came here because I have an interview tomorrow. And although I have listened to other videos on interviews in the past, I wanted to listen to yours too.
Excellent video! These 5 points are on point! I used to teach in a university and I had to help students prepare their resumes and for interviews. I'm struggling with quantifying soft skills. For example, I worked as a respite care provider for families taking care of children with special needs while caretakers get some rest. I'm not selling anything or improving productivity. Or if I'm increasing productivity no one is counting it. I wonder how others in caretaking roles quantify their skills and achievements.
