Great renovation on the space. People renting 30+ days really want clean and convenient and that unit looks perfect for that cliental. We just sold a 4 unit (here in Chicago). First we had tenants. Then as they moved out we converted two of the units to Airbnb and we got twice the long-term rent and sometimes three times the long-term rent the tenants were paying. Then the city changed the rules and we converted the Airbnb units to 30+ day rental to nurses / doctors. We still had one Airbnb which was also 30+ day rental. Sold this Dec 1. We bought a large commercial space that needs renovation and just this week bought an even larger commercial space and a two flat that also needs a gut rehab. Right now we have three buildings that need various degrees of renovation. Lots of new projects not lots of good sleep!

Really like the exposed brick and the kitchen is a perfect size for one or two people.

@@twincherry4958 90 day rentals don't require you to live there. I market them on the Airbnb platform

My job is actually relocating me to Maryland from NYC. I was looking to buy a place in Greenmount west or Canton and airbnb it out for the weekends. Are those promising neighborhoods? And is airbnb allowed there?

Hey Devin - what are your thoughts on the AirBnB Arbitrage model in Baltimore City? Would that be a viable strategy with the current AirBnB regulations in the city?

Airbnb is very tough to do in the city. You have to find a house with grandfathered licenses. If you do it, then stick to 90 day stays for the least restrictions.

Well we get booked through airbnb for months out. So I would say enough people are still doing it
