Anime is a popular cosplaying genre on the app, and over quarantine, a lot more people have been watching anime and getting TikTok videos of anime, which by extent, get cosplaying videos as well. They also would most likely get Mother Mother songs because songs like, "Hay loft", "Ana", "Ghosting", "Wrecking Ball", and "Arms Tonite" are all songs that are popular among popular anime fandoms in cosplaying. Unlike other song artists on TikTok, Mother Mother isn't a one-hit-wonder on the app, for several of their songs have reached a much wider audience.
