On Friday, October 11, 2024, the Long Beach Utilities Department and the State Water Resources Control Board determined-through abatement of the health hazard and comprehensive testing of the water-your drinking water is safe to drink. They sent out an alert long Beach notice sometime around midnight. In theory you'd see it first thing in the morning. Definitely recommend signing up for Alert Long Beach for quick notifications. Same with Instagram pages like LBFD/LFPD/LBCity

What if you gave water to all your pets last night (I had no idea this happened)....and this morning. Should they see vet right away?
its mainly a precautionary water boil notice, there aren't any confirmations for any contaminations rn, so they just want people to be safe
