    Welcome to our channel!
We’re sisters & best friends on a mission to help women finally escape the seemingly endless cycle of yo-yo dieting.
After years of jumping from one fad diet to the next, we finally discovered the path to creating lasting results without extreme restriction or endless hours of cardio.
But our transformation was more than just physical. It up-leveled our health, our relationships, our careers, and even our finances. We felt strong, and capable of achieving anything. We felt confident and ready to take on the world.
Our transformation was so fundamentally life-changing that we made it our responsibility to share our knowledge with as many women as possible and give them the tools and education they need to create a healthy, powerful life.
Since then, we have helped hundreds of women lose fat, create a better relationship with food, regain their confidence, and form a new identity they never thought possible.
If you're looking to lose those last 15 pounds, we'll show you exactly what to do if you're wanting to lose those last few pounds of stubborn fat.
In this review, we'll be taking a look at Optavia Lean & Green Meals, as well as Optavia Fuelings. We'll give you our honest opinion on each product, and whether we think it's worth buying.

I lost 58lbs on Optavia. It is very structured and should only be used as a tool and temporarily. I lost weight in 3 months and it comes off quick. However, this is in no way a long term program. You have to wisely use your weight loss to Segway into healthy eating. This program was a kick start to continue on my health journey. I have maintained my weight loss but, your review is great and honest in the respect of not using this long term. I still have the bars and brownies but have replaced my other meals with good nutrition and exercise. I think the problem is the program gets abused and people stay on it for years instead of learning healthy habits and that is likely the cause of hair loss and poor health.

I keep seeing the optavia people in my circle promoting going back onto plan after going through a phase of eating a little more than they usually would and gaining weight back. Or they advertise that they gained a few pounds over a weekend because they splurge during someone's birthday. As someone who has had an ED, obsessing over a few pounds of weight gain after a weekend seems dangerous. I'm thankful if there are people who have been able to learn healthy habits but it seems like a lot of people do not.

I wish I would’ve done deeper research before I signed up and I only did it because my friend that reached out to me and I thought well I’ll try it just to support her. So I am only in two weeks middle of my second week actually and I’ve already decided that this plan is ridiculous Everything that you guys are pointing out is so true and I very graciously emailed her my coach and explain to her that this was not for me. It wasn’t a healthy way to lose weight. Her reply back was this is actually one of the most healthy ways to lose weight. You’re getting vitamins and minerals in every fueling and it’s regulating your blood sugars, she also pointed out that doctors approve of this plan. She sent me some articles on the clean ingredients in these products but for me it’s all processed lotta soy, lotta fillers, lotta sugar. And yes I’ve lost weight here. I am on the middle of my second week and I’m down 10.8 pounds. I’m not excited about it because I’m basically starving myself so yes I am losing weight because I’m not eating. I am going to slowly transition off of this plan Into something that’s healthier and real using real food not engineered in a lab. I think it’s kind of funny some of the things they tell you not to eat but yet the fueling‘s are simulated versions like mashed potatoes, and one of the soups actually has a few peas and some flex of carrots in them. I think that’s kind of funny.

When you move off plan you can have fruits and grains and other food... They have a book that explains the things you are questioning. How can it not be used to teach your kids that you might be overweight but you are looking to get healthy by teaching your kids healthy food options that you are cooking for them.

Thank You for this very informative video. I was on optavia twice, the first time I was on it in 2021, I lost 90 pounds in 9 months- looked and felt great.I stopped using it without the proper education on how to sustain my weight...and guest what 80 of the 90 pounds came back. Fast forward to 2023 I tried it again, and i am 50 lbs down.I have started doing research what i need to eat on order to loose weight because they never expressed the importance of protien...they just said "get on the 5&1 plan and you will loose weight".I have done research on the many many sources of protien that i can have and it doesn't have to come from a shake or a bar...the next 50 or 60 lbs that loose is going to be done the healthier way...thanks again.

I did OPTAVIA as a desperate attempt to shed some weight. I wasn't sure at first because it sounded and looked like a program for women primarily, but i bought in. I went from 294 to 254 in about 3 months, probably a little less. I was floating for another 2 months and finally stopped doing the program 100%. I would have weekly arguements with my coach at how bad the ingredients were, when I could workout again, when could I increase my protein, and when could i start taking normal vitamins/supplements...cause apparently fresh air affected the program. It did allow me to shed a lot of "dangerous" weight, but now I'm trying to build a better diet protocol and workout plan so I can maintain and start to lose some more weight...but the program does what it says, you lose weight, but the "price" is high both in your wallet and the last effects on your body.

Optavia is great. The 5+1 is the plan to lose weight and then you move to the maintenance plan. It's a tool. I agree it's not long term - but take that time to learn and change your eating habits. I lost 55 pounds with Optavia and eventually switched to preparing all my own nutritious/healthy meals to maintain it. I did not gain it back.
Update: I've lost 65 pounds total by continuing to eat healthy. Optavia was a tool to reach my goal that I no longer need. I even added a cheat meal per week a couple of months back. No issues with weight gain.

People are lazy so they should do a starvation fad plan that uses predatory practices?? That’s a ludicrous argument. Bottom line is the “plan” works because you starve your body. Lazy or not, it’s not a healthy way to lose weight. You are a RARITY in the Optavia world if you have kept it off and no longer use the products. I've done optivia and what they are talking about is 1000% Accurate. I'm former military and and sometimes hearing someone put it as these 2 ladies put it is what I need. My wife and I lost over 150 lbs combined in 6mos. I lost 74 and she lost 53. We learned alot about our relationship with food and how to eat more healthy while on it. But as soon as we came off optivia because it's really expensive, +$450/mo (x2 btw). The weight came back with vengeance. We are very physically active, strong minded and dedicated to it. I gained back +30lbs and I look bigger than when I first started optivia. Also, mentally, when you see the scale going in the wrong direction, you WILL become desperate and look for anything to get the scale to get back down. We took the shortcut and now we're having to find a better option. Whe you leave the program and your body no longer gets those fuelings it was used to and you substitute...here comes the weight gain...violently. So coming from someone with a weight problem...me...understand when you have settled on just being huge and no hope in sight. The plans that actually work make you desperate and will depress you when it fails. Be kind.
