    Actual video starts at 4.50. Rest is motivation. Solutions discussed:
    1. Keep a diverse, colorful plate.
    2. Stop white sugar and refined carbohydrates.
    3. Eat real food: a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, wholegrains, legumes and lean protein.
    4. Eat resistant starch from green bananas, potatoes, almonds, pistachios, yoghurt and other probiotic foods, etc.
    5. Avoid artificial sweeteners.
    6. Mushrooms.
    7. Breastfeed for 6 months at least.
    8. Dark chocolate.
    9. Green/matcha tea.
    10. Triphala.
    11. Ginger, onion.

    Great vdo info as usual,can I add something from my experience here.The liquidity of food ingested matters well enough I think.Thicker the meals,slower the forward movement of assimilated food.Dilution to some extent goes a few miles more and complements the great lifestyle info provided here.Thank you with Gratitude.
