Hi Molly, by far my favourite.👍 Tackling this with my mum tomorrow and can’t wait. Live In the UK but I am in wales and mum in England . Not seen my parents since February . Wales have gone into lockdown measures again, so I had 2 hours to get to England as it started at 6pm and can’t cross boarders. Managed to sort kids out, shop for art supplies and make it over the boarder in the nick of time. My mum has been watching you and this has kept her going as it’s something we can do together. Thankyou from the botten of my heart. Xx
I found your channel early in 2022. I'm now looking at your older posts. This finished paining really gives the feel of movement of the water. Today is 8/14/23 and you've gotten more proficient at your camera presence and I love your channel. With all that blowing, and the alcohol fumes, I was afraid you'd hyperventilate. 🤗
Thank you!! I’ve been searching how to achieve that resin look with out the crazy chemicals. I have asthma and I am preggy so want to avoid! I’m grateful for this!!
Fabulous! This is exactly what I needed to see! I have been wanting to do a wave/water pour for sometime, especially for my son and daughter-in-law for their cabin!
Thank u sooooooo much I have been wanting to do something like this but they all had resin in it but I didn’t have it so this was very helpful. Thank you !
Omgosh 😂❤I love this, I've been watching your posts since 2020, I love how you have grown but have stayed the same, just more beautiful. ❤ I thought I had watched all of your posts, I will have to go back again and see what I've missed 😂
I love your videos, I have learned so much, you are so helpful, and enjoyable to watch. Also your art is gorgeous. Thank you so much for all these videos!
Thank you! Resin is an epoxy based product that dries as a hard plastic. You can make art with it or coat your paintings. I wash my hands with a scrub outside
I just love your wave/ocean pours Molly. I’m going to keep working on them. Just wondering if you have finished your PT? Have a good day, Grandma from Iowa 🥰
I love doing the lacing effect but I've only used transparent white which has worked very well for what I was doing. I must try alcohol! Also Payne's Grey. I tried to get it from your Amazon site but it's not listed. Amazon has it, but I'd rather give you the sale than just ordering it straight from them. Let me know!
For the paynes grey? No I don't normally get it from Amazon, I get it from Jerry's artarama, creative inspirations brand. As long as you use my link to get to amazon it's ok, it doesn't have to be in my store I don't think! Thank yout for thinking of me!
I love your work gorgious, beautiful. Could you please tell me from where you bought the plastic squares under the corners of your canvas. I am an artis to and searching for these long time.
I don't know squat about this technique, but as an artist, I don't think the simulated water would have the same POP if the top part of the canvas had lighter colors to simulate anything, and kill the negative space ! This is just my opinion, which amounts to absolutely nothing using this Wonderful Technique ! 😎♥️
Hi, I just love your art!!!! What brand of payne's grey do you use. I have a golden brand but it is very gray, not blue. What brand are the other paints. I just love your creativity, you try different techniques. Thank you
I have a question, totally random. I can't paint yet because I am packing to relocate. I am confused about which paint you add Australian floetrol to. Is it all the colors, only the top swipe color, the base? I am just trying to gather knowledge for now.
Sue, they are totally different! They react differently as well. Acrylics are much more fluid, resin is more about layering and lacing. Why do you say you are failing at acrylic pouring? Were you a resin artist before this? Is that your primary medium then you switched to acrylic?
Can you make a fale show what that looks like and what it is to burn what it looks like to not have enough paint on canvas and to much is two much paint You may have done them already and can you give me some insight on that again Thankyou love your work
That is so Beautiful Mrs. Molly.
Mar tempestuoso....... y luego la calma en un azul profundo!! Hermoso efecto!!! FELICITACIONES!!!!
I can't believe this/ what a fabulous technique

Thank you so much!
@@MOLLYSARTISTRY can't wait to see it glossed,;if you please :)
Sure, I will show it after its cured and varnished!
@@MOLLYSARTISTRY I agree with comment below...you could add stars and maybe an acrylic skin moon?
Gorgeous! Gotta try this one too!
Try them all! Lol
Realistic beautiful
Thank you!
I really like this. I found ocean material that's simular. I may email you a pic of the craft project I did with it. You did great here.
Molly, what was the blk. part suppose to be? I love it, and now that I saw what your title is, I understand. Sorry, I love it.
Hi Molly this is gorgeous x Australia x
Love this.
So so pretty. What is resin? Why use it? How do you get all of that dark paint off your hands?
Thank you! Resin is an epoxy based product that dries as a hard plastic. You can make art with it or coat your paintings. I wash my hands with a scrub outside
Looks gorgeous! ❤️❤️
Better than with resin, wow
Thank you! Love how it came out!
I just love your wave/ocean pours Molly. I’m going to keep working on them. Just wondering if you have finished your PT? Have a good day, Grandma from Iowa 🥰
I have 3 weeks left but I'm walking great! The wave pours are my favorite! Thanks Becky! ♥️
This is CRAZY beautiful, dimensional & simple without the fumes of resin 😍🥰. Is the gloss medium a gloss GEL medium ?
Creative Inspiration Gloss medium varnish

Your foamy waves are so beautiful. In which paint you put this alcohol
thank you! in the white
I love your work gorgious, beautiful. Could you please tell me from where you bought the plastic squares under the corners of your canvas. I am an artis to and searching for these long time.
Thank you so much! They are sprinkler helmets! They are from home depot!
Cool😊
Nice one 👍
Thanks ✌️
Awesome and inspiring 💚 I’m going to try my own version today (trying to find the alcohol in England may be a trial tho! There’s always vodka... 🤣)
🤣🤣 good luck!! Thank you!
Patrisha Townsend Green really!! It’s not easy to find?! I’m sure vodka will work 😎 would love to see haha
Gorgeous!!! Did you paint the canvas with Paynes gray or black first? - I couldn't tell the difference on my screen
Thank you! Paynes grey!
Splendid! What is the first color you put down? Sorry my hearing is poor. And I must have miss where the gray came in?
No problem! Its paynes grey which is a dark blue shade
Beautiful!!!🤩 I have a suggestion: what if the upper part of the painting had a sand color?
Yes, I have done a few like this as well! Great suggestion!
I don't know squat about this technique, but as an artist, I don't think the simulated water would have the same POP if the top part of the canvas had lighter colors to simulate anything, and kill the negative space ! A dark stormy night.
Hi, I just love your art!!!! What brand of payne's grey do you use. I have a golden brand but it is very gray, not blue. What brand are the other paints. I just love your creativity, you try different techniques. Thank you
Thank you! I use creative inspirations from Jerry's artarama for my paynes grey, it is really dark blue, I love it!
Absolutely beautiful, I think it’s a she, far to pretty for a man, you’re so chilled while working... I truly love the blues big time....
💗👌
I have a question, totally random. I can't paint yet because I am packing to relocate. I am confused about which paint you add Australian floetrol to. Is it all the colors, only the top swipe color, the base? I am just trying to gather knowledge for now.
The swipe color!
Just noticed you didn’t tape the back. Do you ever tape the back?
Beautiful, Molly! I'll need to watch this again to see when and what you added a little ETOH to. My son was just leaving for work!
i added the alcohol to the white! i am thinking about doing a larger one this weekend, so we shall see how that turns out lol
😍😍😍😍😎
Please tell me the difference in pouring resin or pouring acrylic. Which is better? I’m struggling just using acrylics. I’m still failing!!!! ☹️
Sue, they are totally different! They react differently as well. Acrylics are much more fluid, resin is more about layering and lacing. Why do you say you are failing at acrylic pouring? Were you a resin artist before this? Is that your primary medium then you switched to acrylic?

How many times can you torch it
This one really looks like the ocean waves
Did you love in Southern
California when you were young?
no, charleston SC and then Florida. But i have been by the ocean all my life
What does the alcohol do?
The alcohol helps create the lacing!

Beautiful Molly!
