This tiger loop should not be fitted internally. It is designed to be installed externally. The correct model is a bio tiger loop which is constructed from a non plastic and is fireproof. It also has a vent connection on the dome to which a metal can be fixed in order to convey any oil vapour to the outside of the building.

There are 3 different models. One has a spin on filter. One has no filter and the last model has a yellow filter inside of a clear cup. If you do not have a filter then you would need to add a fuel filter before it goes into the tigerloop.
Here is an example of one of the fuel filters I install if the tigerloop does not include a filter. Fuel Filter: amzn.to/2MtsWCG

Turn the huge locking nut which is holding the filter bowl glass tight. Turn it to the left. May need large channel locks. It does not need to be extremely tight. There is a rubber o ring seal between the glass and the tigerloop body.
Also, the yellow fuel filter inside need to be rotated to the left and then pulled downward to remove it. Just Look at the new filter to see how the locking groves work.
If the fuel filter breaks off, you can use a flat head screw driver to remove it.
      Hope this helps!

Why in my case the filter in the upper section is almost full and in the lower section the filter cartridge is only slightly flooded.
More or less like in 42-45 sec?

The top section of the tigerloop is a float not a filter. Normally the bottom area where the yellow filter in the video is located is completely full When your heating system turns on. Are you seeing air bubbles in the top section where the float is?
Is your heating system tripping off line?

@@furnacetech2581 No, the float is pressed all the way up. Underneath it is completely filled with oil and no bubbles ..., no action visible. At the bottom, the filter cartridge is soaked in oil, maybe 2 cm, and when you turn off the oil supply from the tank, the oil begins to disappear at the bottom. And I filled it up to the top the day before yesterday.
I have a stove Buderus Logano G115 21KW. I've had it for 20 years and no problems, but recently it got me interested. I am also thinking about this filter in the Suntec burner, because it has never been cleaned. This is not a problem for me, but getting seals as I saw in your video is already a problem.

I would like to add that my Tigerloop is not identical, it is almost the same, but not identical. In this upper part you have a float at the bottom and a white plastic / disc on the top, I do not know how to call it, the oil in my case is under this white element - where the black part is. The oil on the bottom of the cartridge is very clean, while the top part is almost black, as if it hasn't been changed in years .... strange, but it works.
      Sorry for the google translator:]

@@januszwidzyk4656 i would say that as long as your tigerloop is working then I would not worry about it not being completely full. There are older models which may work a bit differently then the video I posted. As for the fuel pump strainer. As long as you are keeping the fuel filter clean before the pump, it should be ok. I would not want to make more work for yourself if it’s not needed.
