Grew up in Miami would ride back in 1985 alot places to ride. Moved to Groveland Fl in 1996 and been riding Van Fleet since . Having 2 friends killed on the road ,main reason why I use the VFBT, it's safe , quiet and peaceful . 20 miles 56 mins . Never get tired of Van Fleet .
Good video, and also has a great name to it. Trail is named after James Alward Van Fleet (March 19, 1892 - September 23, 1992. One of the greatest war generals ever.

Florida is a cycling snoozefest. No curves, no hills, no fun roads to ride on. Shared use paths are simply glorified sidewalks.
There is a lot of hills on west orange trail between winter garden and Clearmont and Apopka if you been there ?

Why so negative? Simply don't cycle there. My husband and I have been cycling long distance for years, and as we get older we appreciate the flatter trails. That's why we appreciate these types of videos showing these flatter options.
