I loved this! I couldn't understand how my friend and I both tested as ESFJ. We have been friends for 42 years and are quite different. Now it makes more sense. I thought she was an ESTJ and tested wrongly, but she really is an ESFJ.
You are correct about Joe Biden, Dario. My dad is a dominant ESFJ and so reminds me of him in certain ways.
Fe absolutely gets talked about as if it’s “nice” when it can really be not nice at all ! Agreed ! When Fe users think their concept of what is good and bad in every context is the golden and only standard , and anything that “threatens” the buffering to ideals they believe are the best for everyone (do they really know what everyone actually values ? Bec we don’t all value social harmony as the nicest thing to uphold. Sometimes fi is much nicer. Sometimes ti believe it or not can be “nicer” it all depends on the context the people involved the situation. Sometimes diluting individuality and “lack of social harmony” isn’t actually NICE lol. In fact I’d argue they assume THEIR OWN DISCOMFORT with social disharmony is shared among all. And can elect themselves defenders enforcers in very not nice ways at times of avoiding that PROJECTED discomfort OF THEIR OWN Into all of everyone. It can be very presumptuous and kind of arrogant that way when they’re dead wrong. Whatever ideal they believe is true may or may not actually be true for the group or individuals in front of them at the time. And even if it is , upholding the group can often also enable and maintain more nefarious and unhealthy out of balance group dynamics where certain players are constantly ignored neglected or dismissed. Fe DOES NOT EQUAL NICENESS. lol it equals external peacefulness. What they do to create or maintain that can be really horrible in the eyes of many others tho. I find the split from inauthenticity so they’re putting on with you, really gross for example. I resent being essential faked to lol I do not get uncomfortable if we disagree I would much pre highly value a Person not thinking they have a right and also add that they’re doing me a favour lol by being an agreeable yes man. Who said I or anybody even wants that ? Ijs ! lol (not shitting on them tho they like any functions can be incredibly considerate and sweet as well I’m just sick to death of this false equating with Fe and niceness lol. People
Pleasing isn’t kindness :/ lol and bullying a group into fake superficial getting along isn’t doing favours for many as well Lolol anywhooooo
I'm an ENTP, and I have never gotten along with an ESFJ manager 😂. Like EVER. They truly make me feel nuts. I do not understand their "logic" - if you can call it that. I find their decisions fickle and shallow. They are very swayed by the popularity of whoever they like in the moment. They do not like to be intellectually challenged or debated. They tend to micromanage with types that don't adore them 😂

My biggest guess would also be a mistype. I mean in theory it's possible
@@NovemberLah AH I just watched her video about that painting too ("self portrait") and indeed I agree most things indicate Fi more than anything else
Although this is not a real typing with limited info, so far it leans most to Fi dom at the moment. Here i'll mention most of the things she says in the video and mention to which function it reminds me most
"painting called" 'arm of blame' - sounds Fi
"deeply personal" - sounds Fi
"deeply soulsearching" - sounds Fi
"questions like who am I" - sounds Fi
"hatred for injustice in the world" - sounds Fi
'abusive power'= see bad in powers that control them and give it value orientated name - sounds Fi
"someone that displays a kind heart" - sounds Fi
self portait with singular super serious and deep meaning - sounds Fi+Ni (No Ne 'meanings are fun but subjective, anything can be anything vibe)
Also, your work as you mention being "social work" seems more of ethical/feeler type of job, which makes more sense for an idealist feeler (fi dom) than an ENTP with POLR Fi.
you are into anime - anyone more into anime than Fi doms?
Again, no conclusive typing of course..but so far I've not seen any Fe or Ne. No light charming, uplifting Fe+Ni voice presentation. No friendly Fe melody in the pitch of the voice when the lines are spoken, yet the vibe is more very serious, more negative than positive, talks like about to be emotion but supressing it
@@NovemberLahEsfj here married to ENTP for 29 years. Besties for sure. People seldom recognize this pairing. But I'm a flexible creative ESFJ who goes along with all his crazy ideas. And wrecks cars.
