Great range of exercises. Thank you. What weights were you using here? Was it big weights for more power or lower weights just to provide resistance?
Imbetween works perfectly , ive tried to do maximum weight and i ended fucking up my shoulder from internally rotating , please dont do too much weight

Tho is kinda knew all the exercises shown in the best shoulder chest tricep etc. It did massively help me improve my form. I feel it burn on the muscles I want it to burn.

Any suggestions for someone who suffers from tennis elbow. I limit cortisone shots to years and do stretches with heat rubs. But after all work outs bi or tri the elbow hurts like crap. When I CrossFit I hardly ever struggled but times are tough and CrossFit isn’t cheap, so back in the gym I am.

Is there a difference in the supplement in the bicep video then the supplement in this one or which would be perfered?
I should always start of with light weights on the tricep. You don’t want to ruin your elbows and joints. Might not notice it know but in 10+ years your joints won’t be the same. Be carefull guys! Altho great video again tho💪🏻
That's true. I first started lifting and I did it everyday hardcore (high weights high reps) and in 7 months my elbow was rekt and couldn't workout for another 3 months. Stay safe while exercising

I have implants on my left elbow due to an injury. Had a surgery almost 3 years ago. I have started working out now however my left arm is weak and it led to weak triceps(long head). Please help me with a few tips how I can overcome this problem.

I would start with lighter weight workouts and exercises involving the triceps. Start with tricep kickbacks and focus on form and time under tension when it comes to working that muscle. -Adam W.

I'd say close grip bench press and traditional weighted dips would be the best, since they both effectively hit all 3 heads of the tricep

You should tell us what head of the tricep we are activating
It‘s pretty easy to see and in case you don‘t know, if your forearm is rotated outwards (fingers facing back or to the side) it‘s most likely that you are training the inner head of your triceps. Where on the other side if your forearm is rotated inwards (fingers facing to the front) you are mostly training the laderal head of your triceps
