Chronic pain drove me to discover the root cause & an alternative path for potential recovery. This subject is as important & over looked as diet, digestion & the micro-biome of gut health. I'm grateful to learn about Tom's 'Anatomy Trains' & binge watching his videos. I've noticed elements found in ancient medicine practices of Chinese & Indian origins. Seems his theory is based on basic principles of movement & energy flow. He provides a logical method of physical evaluation followed by a systematic approach to unraveling blocks in the area causing problems. If the subject adheres to the specified protocol of adjustments & new movements, gradual improvement seems promising.

Anatomy Trains has radically changed my massage practice. I definitely recommend the book and suggest it is read from front to back.

@@namanrajput5032 as in techniques no. But by working the right spots you won't have to work as hard on the areas of pain. Most clients don't have a clue. They just want you to work the spot that hurts. Anatomy trains teaches you to find the WHY and treat that.

I used fascial lines to roll out my body and I can’t believe how much it helped. I have to stay on it right now but my rt hip constantly would move out of alignment and it has stayed where it should be after only one full rollout of multiple fascial lines I LOVE THIS STUFF

I have the same problem. Specifically, what did you use to roll out your body?

@@sherylrogers9441 i followed the superficial back line and the spiral lines. Spend time! And I also take hyaluronic acid, collagen, and glucosamine and I gotta tell ya, I am LOVING IT! my Chiro has been astounded and tells me I am a whole new person and I agree! It’s so nice to have so much better mobility with no constant tightness

Only sold 150,00 copies. Wow. The majority of Earth's people are missing out. Honestly everybody needs to buy this book and see the videos. We all must comprehend this stuff and teach it to kids before they hit grade school mmk? This and the primo vascular system.

bought the book and i love it! Although I find it a bit hard to use all the contained knowledge purely based on reading about it. I feel courses are needed to really get going with these principles (+ maybe some more case studies on the site? )
