Love these self massage videos, Tom. Great work. Any chance you could guide us through a self-massage for the jaw? I'm sure my fellow TMJ dysfunction sufferers could learn a lot 👍
If you ever come to Las Vegas, please hit me up. I have spent hours everyday for the past year working on tension lines in the body and i do the same neck moves to my clients with extra moves that turn your shoulder into mush. Matter a fact i have figured out how to do it on the entire body. I will do the massage free as a thank you for your wonderful informative videos
I do not. Sorry. The reason being that neck issues come from typically 3 different areas of tension depending on the person and what is causing it. And the lines of tension that I follow different in each person depending on the knot that is pulling it. I can tell you that you have to release the knots in the arm and the rotator and it will release the neck. @@Shreenapp
Saw you on Massage Mentor class and wow do you make anatomy so interesting and give so much information in the most understandable way!! Very exciting thank you!
Thank you so much for the generosit of sharing your knowledge. this self-massage is great! The sad thing its knowing that your whole body needs to be taken care of and you don't know how to do that alone.
Yes, this helped my droopy eye feel better. I have always noticed my eye get droopy whenever my neck is tight . For some reasons doctors looked at my like I was crazy whenever I told them I suspect my tight neck had something to do with my droopy eye 🤷🏽♀️
Thank you Tom. I am deeply appreciative of your work! If I may make a suggestion. Doing this with the teeth apart will reduce the neural drive from dental mechanoreceptors that activate motor responses in the head, neck and cervical regions (i.e. sensory motor integration). Asymmetrical tooth wear patterns suggest an underlying malocclusion. Jay Harris Levy DDS
This has to be his best routine ever.
Hi Tom, it is amazing. Can you please share some for feet and legs?
