How to make UN VERANO SIN TI BAD BUNNY CONCHAS | easy pan dulce recipe

Hi everyone! Are y’all obsessed with Bad Bunny’s “Un Verano Sin Ti” album as much as I am? I have not stopped listening to it since it came out! It’s literally perfection and it makes me so pumped up for summer! I couldn’t help feeling inspired to make some “Un Verano Sin Ti” conchas!

I made 3 suns, 3 hearts, 2 palm trees, 4 sunglasses. There was a small amount of dough left over that I used for a regular shaped concha.
topping weight for each concha: Sun 16g yellow | Heart 16g red, 1g white, ~ 2g black | palm tree 10 g green, 8g brown | Sunglasses 12 g black, 3 g pink

when you cut them does it shrink size?

The dough does shirk a tiny bit when you cut them but if you let them rest after they will puff up in the oven. Their size also depends on how thin you roll out the dough.
