I literally had the same couches you. I got mine from like an overstock furniture place. And I just recently got rid of it and upgraded to an IKEA couch and it is much better quality. And it was inexpensive. And I was able to build it myself and chaise has as storage in it.

I wish Chicago had "small" apartments like this. They have the smallest small apartments.
I really love your place and I love how you decorate it but, a little advise where you have the printer I would put it on the black storage table where you were going to put it and, then leave that table you got in the corner where the printer was on and put a nice plant even if it's a fake plant on it. the reason is because you have that cord stretching all the way from the outlet to the printer why not just put it over there on the black storage shelf and that will eliminate the cord stretching all the way across to the printer . The second thing pole lamp the cord is hanging on the bottom there wrap it around the bottom of the pole to how much you need and then plug it into the outlet this way it will look neater

You should move the key hanger over some so if someone was to stick they hand in yo door or open up door or something and tried to grab yo keys they wouldn't try to come all the way in cause they have easy access

I think everything looks great- I suggest some real plants, some white curtains, and art from a local artist. The Jute rug is a nice addition. But honey, farmhouse is out. I think your place has more of a modern/glam vibe. Get a different clock.
