Candied Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are first roasted, then candied to create caramelized version of baked candied sweet potatoes. Includes the recipe for oven roasted sweet potatoes before candying them in the easy second step. Make ahead sweet potato side dish for Thanksgiving dinner. Marshmallows on top are optional!
