Volvagia To Return In Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom? (Zelda Theory)

Is Volvagia returning in Zelda : Echoes of Wisdom?
Could it be, that the wingless, lava dragon we see in the third and final trailer for Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, is Ocarina of Time's Volvagia?
Or is this just another member of the ever-growing family of ancient dragons who live throughout Hyrule?

Why are we so obsessed with Ocarina of Time that we reference everything back to it? So considering that Link to the Past is after chronologically and the Ganon we see in here looks very similar to that game, I would assume this is the Hero Failed timeline with LttP and that Echoes of Wisdom is in continuity with LttP. All other games that look like this are as well.
