    Steve ,
HI am 59 years old, b. Aug.1961, I love your interviews! Your so real and authentic, humble, grateful, and badass at the same time.
I spent 25 years in Boston playing with my jazz quartet/trio. I’m in WA state now having been diagnosed with Parkinson’s.& getting a divorce.
I love prog stuff, Tull, Genesis, yes, Pink Floyd, Camel, Brand X.etc. Anyway I have become a big fan of your work. Keep rocking with Love

Luke, my favorit guitarist......my Dad played his Les Paul, when I was young....he also played piano, lots of Honky-Tonk......I gave birth to TWO musiciand, the older son is a purcussionist, and my younger son plays guitar, banjo, anything with strings except violin......I'm blessed.....

That's the closest I've heard Luke or anyone explaining what occurred in the litigation. Fans who have followed the band from the beginning would certainly like to know the end result. I'm hoping Luke will address it in a full interview or perhaps a chapter of a new book. Additionally, you came close to touching on the money side of the music biz nowadays. On a future video, it would be great to hear an interview with artists, writers, players, etc on the methods of income and revenue distribution now.

Thanks Steve I been watching all your interviews your truly awesome, your a member of the Greatest Guitarist’s named Steve Club Lukather, Howe & Hackett, but you have the best personality at least the funniest. Thanks again

An honest but difficult interview for the young guy. I think he did a good job. I certainly wouldn't handled it any better. Shame though that the video only got about 8.500 views after more than a month. I hope more people find it in time.

Motormouth! Wth? It's so funny... sounds like he's been doing the Dave Grohl "More Coffee" thing. Poor Tom wasn't able to finished his questions totally 95% of the time. But, there's tons of info in this podcast. Very cool. And Luke's face gets blacker & blacker each time he touches it with those hairdye hands :-)))

If you watch a good amount of interviews with Luke, you'll see he talks over/cuts off the interviewer in almost every one of them. He does the same thing to his bandmates when it's a group interview. It's a bad habit, no doubt abut it. For someone to automatically insinuate it's because he's high on blow is total bullshit.

What's up with his hands was he working on his lawn mower before this? I have not seen Luke talk this fast in a long time and I have not seen him sniff like that in a while either....a lot was explained here. Obviously Sam had to bail on the band with Lukes son due to lawsuit. Hope luke is ok he seems a bit off here. But lots off great information was given.

Is he high, Phillip Goins? That's quite a statement you make. If you paid attention to anything Luke -- you'd know he's been off all drugs and drink for over 11 yrs.

@ShadowAngel There's a part in Pink Floyd bass player Guy Pratt's autobigraphy mentioning a morning recording session in the late 80s where Jeff Porcaro apparently offered him cocaine, with Pratt remarking something to the effect that 'coke at 11am was too much even for me' or something like that.

@ShadowAngel yo man, Jeff was the straightest one out of all of them. That's not fiction. He had an underlying heart condition that ran on his mothers side that he was unaware of.
