How should be our breathing pattern while doing agnisar?
Hi Ma'am,
I'm suffering from urticaria hives from past 10years. I've spent more time for treatment but no luck. Spent more than 10 thousand rupees but no result. Still facing this problem.
Ate tablet more than 6months got only short time relief.
I've found the reason when this will gets trigger
1) During head wash ( even though I do it once in week)
2) during exposure to cold air/ rainy day
3) after bike riding
4) after eating curd/cold water
5) only on face / around neck
6) on sitting more time in open area
Etc
Please please please give me what should I do for this problem
