- I used an 8 inch pan
210 g melted unsalted butter
200g light brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 large egg
250g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarb
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp corn flour
200g chocolate chips
Add 4 tbsp Cocoa Powder for Chocolate Cookie
170 fan 180 regular for 20 mins
For inside
1/2 jar biscoff
1/2 jar Nutella
Oreos
Leave 1 hour to cool then 1 hour in the fridge
