Nightmare printer, I'm an extremely Tech savvy person, and my neighbor had an issue with his where it wouldnt print after 3 months. 2 HOURS i spent on it factory resetting, updating firmware, and even manually setting everything in the router. Nope..."Printer blocked", "Page cancelled" or "Hardware malfunction" from several devices every time. It shows up from every device in the house, itll receive it, and ignore you!

Can u just use black ink if you don't want color, or does the printer only work with all the ink cartridges? Also, can I place a hard copy page on it to make a copy of it?
Yes I have. Once I get this set up. It’s supposed to be the same as my old one but it’s not. Looks the same but I don’t know how to use the QR code to use WiFi setup. But in answer to your question you can print in black and white if you don’t have to use a lot of your color ink
For those who had the paper jam issue from the initial unboxing here was my solution: Make sure the ink cartridge isnt so far over that it isnt able to move left and right. Once I actually did this, it printed out the test paper. I hope this helps :) Awesome video as well "The Printer Guy" !

I have done everything, I even did the page alignment and download the app. And that’s it. I scanned the QR code now don’t know what to do. I have tried to get someone connect it for me and can’t get anyone. I have watched this video several times.

Don't use the smart app to connect to Wi-Fi. Try connecting directly from the printer settings. I may be coming out with a video on this soon.

You should show how long it prints in color or black in actual time of what might be typical prints.
Because depending on what you're printing, it could take longer or less time

you definitely need all the colors to be functioning and full in order for the printer to print properly

This machine does not have fax capabilities. Prob will be cheaper to use the electronic fax services out there.
