did you watch the video? entrapment usually involves the police forcing you to commit a crime that you WOULD NOT ordinarily do....he used an example of a cop using sympathy to force you to buy weed for them and then arresting you for it.... if you are stopping and talking to a half-naked woman on the street and ask "how much for xx," you can't really say it's entrapment....
In my opinion, this still sounds like entrapment.
