    Welcome to my new video!
In the Chess Pieces Series videos we're going to go through the steps for creating every chess piece from a simple Chess set. The series will include six videos. In this video we're going to make a Bishop, a chess piece that has no restrictions in distance for each move, but is limited to diagonal movement. Bishops, like all other pieces except the knight, cannot jump over other pieces. A bishop captures by occupying the square on which an enemy piece sits. Each player begins the game with two bishops. One starts between the king's knight and the king, the other between the queen's knight and the queen.
I'm not going to make the chess table now because in the previous videos I made the Alexander Rodchenko table, so I thought it would be pointless to make another one, at least for now. Maybe in future I will make a video with commentary, as soon as i get my recording studio ready. Go ahead if you want and try to make your own chess pieces and share them with me. You can use references, as I did, or you can use your imagination. No limits! It's pretty easy to do it and i guarantee you that you will enjoy it!
I know I'm not talking through the videos, as I've started, but in future I promise you, I will start to comment and guide you through the videos.
I’m a modeling enthusiast and I do 3ds Max for about a year now. I decided to do UA-cam videos on 3ds Max tutorials and I hope I’ll have the support to continue and build through these simple and yet challenging models.
In near future I might do some beginners tutorials but I don’t want to promise anything.
Thank you for watching the video!
    I hope you enjoyed it!
