  • This recipe was featured in the New York Times as the world's best cookie recipe and I had to test it out! The original recipe is from chef Raveneet Gill, and I followed it step by step without changing anything and the result was... she is right! These cookies are perfect! And when I say perfect I mean that they fulfill everything that a good classic American cookie promises: crispy on the outside, soft in the center, chocolatey, and the amount of butter and sugars that makes everybody happy! 😍😍😍

    Write down the ingredients:
    140g unsalted butter at room temperature
    140g brown sugar
    110g white sugar
    1 room temperature egg (medium size)
    250g all purpose flour
    3g baking powder
    4g baking soda
    3g salt
    180g chocolate (*you can round it off and use 200g, I used semi-sweet chocolate)
    I made 100g cookies.
