When he's REALLY angry, drops his manicured English accent and goes back to his native Scottish one. It's really hilarious 😂 You can see it especially well in UK Kitchen Nightmares, the one where he goes to Wales.
I'm sure part of it is due to editing, but the whole sequence with Sandra really blows my mind with how Ramsay asks what she wants to do, and then when she says she's going to flash them in the oven Ramsay clearly says to her how that plan was going to go wrong. Then she just goes ahead and does it anyway.
In reality I think that's bullcrap since it shouldn't matter that it is his family, everyone there should deserve the same quality regardless of being family or not.

I’ve never understood how people on this show struggle with chicken so much. I understand if u don’t cook chicken a lot but going on Hell’s Kitchen you need at least a solid knowledge of cooking most meats that show up, especially chicken. Plus chicken is the easiest to see when it’s raw
You need to understand that this isn't just a regular kitchen. It's Hell's Kitchen. Contestants are exhausted from constant punishments, berating, drama between other constestants and lack of sleep. Pair all of this up with really high stantdarts and working simultaneously with other teammates, who themselves are just as exhausted and can mess up the timing.

After retrying my last year to prep for finals I can really understand how some chefs immediatly start crying when Gordon is shouting. Although you mentor is trying to teach it to you, you sometimes crack under the pressure thinking "Why can't I do it" I remember nearly tearing my lip while my teacher shouted at me, biting it so I wouldn't cry.

My personal thought on why they mess up a lot is because they try to rush it to serve as much tables as possible. They don’t take their time, and in turn, the quality of the food will not be very good, where Gordon finds something wrong or someone returns the plate to the kitchen. If they just took their time, Gordon probably would be finding less and less raw/undercooked food. However, it is very funny and amusing to see gordon rage
I mean the dinner service needs to be completed in 4 hours. All the guests are invited to come eat there, and are expecting to be fed when they stay from 6-10 It’s not really acceptable for people to have to wait 2+ hours and not get their entrees, they’ll just end up leaving. It’s a lot of pressure and most restaurants don’t work like this, but it’s not an unreasonable system
Amazing what can happen when stress is applied. Everyone in these two kitchen are professionals in culinary arts, yet when placed under stress, they make the simplest of mistakes. Like that guy who screwed up the cheeseburger. He could probably grill a perfect burger in his sleep, but when placed under stress he cracked.

This is probably one of my favorite seasons. I still feel Jon should have gone the distance, he proved himself capable of existing on a dead team and showing his strength in spite of that. And the final black team are all interesting personalities that could be a winner of their own season had they gone to weaker seasons... Except for that one girl who was a case of nepotism. She can speak for herself, to be a meem.

This is probably one of my favorite seasons. I still feel Jon should have gone the distance, he proved himself capable of existing on a dead team and showing his strength in spite of that. And the final black team are all interesting personalities that could be a winner of their own season had they gone to weaker seasons... Except for that one girl who was a case of nepotism. She can speak for herself, to be a meem.
