I've owned a Hellcat, currently own a Scat Pack, and a Demon. The Scat is the best overall bang for the buck and has the most usable power for daily driving. Honestly more fun to drive than a Hellcat because you can push it harder more often. One of the best cars I've ever owned.

“Suck, can’t compete”. That’s what I’m experiencing so far on social media, 50-90% of the time though. But they just never mention or say it out loud. It’s pretty much hidden messages, but once you get used to that, you’ll realize something. That they never compare their European cars to those USA or JDM cars.
They’ll just say “BMW M5 or E63 is faster than RS6”, or “GT2 RS will eat the shit out of a Huracan Performante on track”. But slowly you’ll realize, it’s pretty much a waste of time for them to compare to USA and JDM cars because they know that their EU cars will beat them. An RS6 will still beat some sports cars from USA and the Huracan Performante will still beat a GT-R Nismo. They just don’t need to explain it.
Why do you think that Shmee never really reviewed any USA/JDM cars aside from “Includes Paid Promotion” or an invitation to be at the passenger seat of a R34 Skyline from SavageGarage? I mean like look at him, he never even touched the Nissan GT-R R35 aside from the GT-R R50. Because it’s “Italdesign”, the smell of “EU” design. So yeah, there’s that.
“Well what about the Ford GT?” Forced. To make a history or his channel special. Where a guy bought a 2016 $500,000 Ford GT with a unique Paint Scheme to pay tribute to one of the Ford’s greatest history. Why do you think that he bought 3 Focus RS and a Shelby GT500? Look at the the current state of the both Focus RS now. Not even bothered to take them on a road trip. Even his modified Red RS is not even brought to the Nurburgring.
I won’t be surprised if his GT BS is going to have 3-5 times more miles than his upcoming GT500.
Edit: no wait nvm sorry. He did touch the Nissan GT-R 4 times. Sorry.

@@jojodivas9211 There really aren't any European cars that can compete with American cars as far as performance to cost ratio. You mention an RS6 LOL. That's a $120 THOUSAND DOLLAR CAR. Derp. You need to spend $100k just to get this kind of performance on a euro car, and you're still stuck with a car that is always in the shop. And your logic is flawed. He doesn't drive his BMW, his G wagon, his Aston, his 675, not one of them have been in more than 1-2 videos this year. Your logic is why Europeans are either driving complete derelicts or >$80k cars. There is no middle ground, in terms of performance cars, generally speaking. The cheapest, crappiest, bottom of the model line 1M or M2 is close to $60k-70k. For those chick cars. LOL riiight.

I always loved the aggressive look and stance of this car. That blue just looks beautiful and the wide-body kit just looks right on this car. It sounds GLORIOUS and you get so much performance tech for the money. The Scat Pack really is the performance and price sweet spot in the Challenger lineup. I also believe it is one of the few cars available today you can still get with a proper manual transmission. So sad cars like this are going away :( The big takeaway is if you like cars like this you need to find a way to get them now. This for sure will be a modern-day classic. Thanks again for the video!

Very cool vid. I wish we had unrestricted roads like this here. But they love to increase revenue with tickets. I love my scatpack and to me is pinnacle of bad assery for those of us who are not rich. The looks and design are second to none in my opinion.

Man I never thought I would see a Scat Pack in Germany
I heard that American muscle cars are super rare in Europe

It’s seems quieter in European spec! I know he said they are able to keep it stock, but I guess all the ones I’m around have resonator deletes. Love seeing American car reviews on European channels though. Keep them coming my man.

Shmee150 Absolutely Incredible Review I'm glad to Review that Gorgeous 2020 Challenger Scatpack and take it for a VMax run and I think you should definitely come to America when you can to Review an American Hellcat since European Hellcats have a restrictive exhaust

  • @rustler08
    @rustler08 4 роки тому +1

If you are truly looking at an American muscle car, make sure to test drive all three of them. I've had time in all of them, and while the Challenger was a beast when it first came out with the massive 6.4L, it's now at the back of the pack (scat pack?). It's too heavy and too long to compete with the Mustang GT and the Camaro, and if you like track days, its handling is simply not there. Even with the wide body model.
Personally, I have to nod toward the Mustang GT due to the engine being absolutely phenomenal and the 10-speed transmission option being a great transmission. It can also fit some wide tires and the track pack with the 6-piston Brembos would help for Ring runs.

@@Shmee150 Agreed, the GT500 is a very impressive car considering that the last GT500 was not the nimble car that the new one is. That switch to IRS was a great decision.

Tim, I love your videos, your knowledge and passion is fantastic. The only suggestion I have is please invest in better audio. Your microphones on your cameras are at the front and when you speak behind the camera the voice audio level is terrible. Have you thought about maybe wearing a lapel mic or similar?
Just a suggestion, hopefully no offence taken! Keep up the hard work Tim. Cheers.
