Disagree on going with the Hellcat versus the widebody Scat Pack. The HC is just over 100K, a loaded Scat Pack widebody is 64K, a 40K difference. That's alot of money, the distance between the two is huge.
Wow I definitely been staying away too long to appreciate how good this channel really is. Lots of Respect for you Sir!!!!! Their is no better channel then this when it comes to cars

An honest review of a Scat Pack...who woulda thunk!? Despite the fact that one of you drive a C7 Vette, I was happy to hear a REAL reviewer state that despite the age and weight of the vehicle, the Challenger holds its own in handling. I've owned one sin e 2010, and currently have a 2015 HC and 2019 Redeye. For a guy that is 6'5, a Mustang and definitely Camaro were out of question for me, plus there is just something amazing about the Challengers in general(not taking away from the Chevy and Ford because they're awesome rides too).
I have a non-wide body, and love it, I never get tired of starting it up and just ripping around everywhere. I drive it all year round, and it does surprisingly well in the snow with snow tired on them
I've rented an SRT once when I was visiting our San Antonio, TX office, and damn it's fast. And sounds great. I was thinking recently to rent one for a trip from Northern Cal to Southern Cal (almost 400 miles) because you can rent one cheap right now due to COVID, but the money I would save in rental I would lose in gas! Usually when I've rented cars like Camry's, I'll drive around a week and only use 1/4 a tank, but when I had the SRT I had to fill it up twice! I guess not flooring it would have helped...
@@JS-hw8ve throttle house is in my top three along with Savage geese and straight pipes. I've watched regular car reviews and think the dude is hilarious, but not quite in my top three. He's growing on me though. I used to watch like redline reviews and Matt Moran and then I realized they got the same press car and the same generic info I can Google myself. Savagegeese goes way more in depth as you know, and straight pipes and throttle house give me an old top gear kind of vibe. Extremely informative and useful info, but still super entertaining and fun to watch.
@@dw_moto I love that Savagegeese does the tech side of things, and takes us under the body to see the what makes the car what it is. I used to be a Pipes fan, but gave up on them a while ago. They used to be more fair, but over time became car snobs. They compared every car no matter what it was to driving the high end performance vehicles they have access to, and when they didn't measure up, bagged on them, and by extension the people who own and depend on those "everyday" cars. I'm told they have gone back to their roots, but I'm not holding my breath. You are right about Redline and Moran. Their reviews grew stale quickly. I like TH because although they do the high end stuff, they review "normal" cars fairly, and guage them on how they would fit into the life of the people most likely to use them. In short order they did a BAC Mono followed by a Nissan Maxima, and at no point did it seem like they were trash talking someone who might find a $40k sedan to be their target or even something to aspire to.
@@JS-hw8ve yeah, I see what you're saying about Pipes. Once they got big and started getting really high end cars I can see how that happened, and to be honest, I think it's fair to a certain extent. But although they do make some unfair comparisons, I do still appreciate how they review regular cars. I'd watch a review from savagegeese/pipes/th about a Hyundai sonata over a huracan any day.
@@dw_moto I hear ya. It's cool to see Lambos and Ferraris, but the meat and potatoes cars are what move the world, what most of us drive. That's why I like RCR. He specializes in the Sonatas, Yarises, and the like. Sometimes their stuff is a bit too vulgar, but when Brian gets on a car, then goes on one of his english lit/philosophical rants, I actually dig it. His review of the honda Element is a good example of that. He talks about how you get the car that does what you need it to and have to grow beyond the "bro" mentality of living up to the expectations of the masses. His reviews are both some of my favourite, and some of of the more annoying ones, because he can be deep, or he can wade deep into BROWN TOWN. I'm also a fan of Donut, Sarah-N-Tuned, Family Wheels, and Asian Petrol Head.
Loving the satire. This is basically a sweet spot car kind of like the C7 Corvette Grand Sport. My friend had an old one and it was a heavy pig but hard to argue with how good these look.

Disagree on going with the Hellcat versus the widebody Scat Pack. The HC is just over 100K, a loaded Scat Pack widebody is 64K, a 40K difference. That's alot of money, the distance between the two is huge.
These levels of trolling are insane! My meter is overloading... Lol ;o)
So when I saw this on my sub list I thought it was TheStraightPipes. Very well executed fellas
you had me at "305s all around"
dodge is doing awesome things these days.
@@henrym5889 yeah we just steal them
Tread wear ratings ...
@@henrym5889 sticker for a base one is 40k. Widebody is probably 45ishk
Wow I definitely been staying away too long to appreciate how good this channel really is. Lots of Respect for you Sir!!!!! Their is no better channel then this when it comes to cars
That intro was hilarious. I -almost spit my coffee all over my monitor.
I saw the thumbnail and thought "A Straightpipes video!!!"
And then 0:25 BAM!!!! Savagegeese!!!
Well played, gentlemen.... well played.
When this started I was like wait a damn minute lol
Holy sh!t I freaking love the straight pipes intro🤣 I love you forever mr. Goose!
So good. I was really hoping for "Lets take this through Banality Bend"
LOL, I love how you guys did your own take on the Straight Pipes intro there; hilarious!
My god that intro, amazing
Lol loved the Straight Pipes impressions was pretty spot on.
I thought it was the straightpipes review from the thumbnail 🤣
Love this car so much.. Scat Pack Widebody 6MT is the best car in the Challenger lineup overall, and the one I want to own. A true muscle car. Great intro too!! hahaha
can't even lie... from the thumbnail and the title, I thought this was a Straightpipes video when I clicked on it..
then that intro.. I was literally in tears 😂
now my wife thinks I'm retarded.
You madmen. I've always wanted to recreate someone else's video shot for shot as a joke. Great work as always.
Ah, my favourite: Straight Savage Geese Pipes.
love how descriptive you guys are, great job
I see a TheStraightPipes video, I press like! Wait a second...
Amazing trolling. No wonder i looked to confirm the source of the video 😂
I have a non-wide body, and love it, I never get tired of starting it up and just ripping around everywhere. I drive it all year round, and it does surprisingly well in the snow with snow tired on them
exactly how much scat did they pack in this thing?
oh man lol
392 cubic inches of it
Lol. Its a package that produces scat from its riders.
All of them
*Ah Haha*
Best opening of any video you have done.
Store brand Straight Pipes intro there 😂😂 savagegeese and straight pipes are among the only review channels I still watch anymore.
Have you tried Throttle House, or RCR?
And we have this in automatic! Lol I laughed so much
I am currently waiting for my fifth Challenger to show up at the dealer. I don’t care what anybody says, they are great cars.
look at the rust on a 2020, and i live in the rust belt too, thats crazy.
Man, every new vehicle has parts underneath that have surface rust right from the factory. You don’t know much about vehicles, lol.
That was brilliant! Loved the intro and as always the honesty.
I didn’t look at the channel name when I clicked this and i actually thought it was thestraightpipes
Loving the satire. This is basically a sweet spot car kind of like the C7 Corvette Grand Sport. My friend had an old one and it was a heavy pig but hard to argue with how good these look.
I thought I was watching straight pipes thn I thought ....Savage geese wtf😂😂😂
Same here I thought the straightpipes had renamed their video
😂😂 love this channel and love the straighttpipes. The best reviewers anywhere in the automobile genre
