Fantastic rendition, why have we not heard more from this brilliant young man? The tonal quality of the lovely old piano was brought to the fore by the skill of this young man. A fine partnership. Please record some more.
My aunt and her daughter (my cousin) would play Whispering four handed on an old Steck grand. She played up into her late 80's and could play whatever you could throw at her and play it well. She could "rag" about anything. I never saw a sheet of music in front of her. She had incredible pitch and an excellent singing voice as well. A stroke took it all away
Lovely rendition of this fine piece! And thanks for the memories it brought up. Dad brought an old piano home in 1952 when I was 6. I'd never heard Mom play before, but she spent the rest of the day playing some of the best music I'd ever heard. A similar version of "Whispering" was one of the pieces from that afternoon, and many many times in the following years.
I like your style! Whispering is played the way I like it and if you were a person of the 1920"s, you would likely be earning a good living cutting piano rolls. Ever since I was a young boy, I loved this style of piano and in 1959 bought a Melville Clark Apolo Player Piano. It still plays fine, but all my talent is in my feet! Thanks for posting your music.
It's one of my favorites too! Played very professionally, very enjoyable. I'm going to listen to this over & over and see if I can pick up a few pointers when I play it. Never learned to intro.
Dude, this is absolutely fantastic! I can’t get enough of the tune and the way you play it. Don’t know if someone has said this before, but your style reminds me of piano roll artist Lee Sims. I’ve got a roll of George Gershwin playing this tune under the Melodee label that i’m gonna upload soon. Again, great playing, thanks for uploading!
I thought immediately of the style of JoAnn Castle! Very similar, great playing. I've listened to some if this young gents other performances. Right up there with the best of the "piano whiz kids" as I've come to call them.

Have watched this great video many times, along with your others on UA-cam and love them! When are we going to hear some more from you Domingo??
Always my father's sign-off piece. Terrific to hear it again - and so skilfully played. Thank you.
wow! amazing precision! i found your playing truly inspiring .. rag time music really pushes the piano to its very edge in terms of express-ability
