Hey Jordan, been following your channel for a while, always appreciate the content.
How do you get passed the problem of clients getting overwhelmed with lead quantity in specific niches?
Things like kitchen remodelling etc where the job completetion time is so long they can't take many leads but the service value is high so it makes them a valuable customer for ads. I appreciate remodellers are probably better suited to FB ads but its just an example to demonstrate the point.
if too many leads then consider lowering the budget so the ads aren't showing as much.. that should decrease lead quantity.
Can also work on targeting more specific type of leads to increase the quality of leads. Quality > Quantity
you know how you can provide BIGGER value. if too many leads is the issue, tell the business owner to capitalize on it. Choose the jobs he wants, then hire other remodeling companies as independent contractors to fulfill the ones he can't service.
Hello - I'm concerned on the Ad Budget side. How do you calculate it in order to bring results?
For example, my fulfilment partner recommends 3-5K/month ad budget for Google Ads in Home Remodelling. I feel discouraged by that since seems very high.
- What is your experience with that? Do you think in that niche they get their ROI anyways?
- Leads from Google Ads convert more as you say right?
- & How would you sell them on a 3-4 month contract (required by fulfilment partner; they bring around 10+ leads for 4-5K/month ad budget in Bathrooms for example).
