I just did it!! It’s so good!! Although, I feel like it tasted more like a cake than bread. Also, I poured it in a coconut oil-greased pan. It made the whole thing a bit sweeter. I also baked it for for 35 mins instead of the advised 25-30 mins.
@kinanidanielle4285 Thank you for trying my recipe and for your feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it. This recipe is quite versatile, so if it tasted a bit sweeter or cake like, you might consider using a less sweet sugar alternative next time and perhaps use butter to grease the pan. Feel free to adjust to your taste ❤️

Let me give you a tip. This is my own experience using coconut flour (which I love) in recipes. You cannot measure 1:1 ratio because coconut flour is highly absorbent, you’ll need to adjust the amount of liquid or eggs in your recipe or reduce the amount of the flour 3-4 times. For example: for one cup of almond flour, use ¼ cup of coconut flour. I always add the coconut flour little by little and I wait a few minutes until it gets the consistency that is needed for the recipe.
@@stellaborghi7389 That is a very good tip, and it explains why the last keto bread I made using a "keto blend" type flour was more like a brick than bread. That keto blend had coconut flour in it. 🤣
I usually bake it at 170°C for 25-30 minutes, and I have a fan forced electric oven. But every oven is different so please start checking after about 20 minutes and if it has turned brownish at the top, it might be done. Do a skewer test if not sure (Insert a clean wooden skewer in the middle of the bread and if it comes out clean, the bread is done!).

There’s no sugar in almond flour. If yours has sugar, try finding 100% pure almond flour or almond meal, which is easily available at most supermarkets ❤️
@@garrington120 Everyone has different preferences, but this recipe is designed to avoid that eggy taste while keeping the texture bread-like. Have you tried it yet? It might surprise you! 😊
Not sure where you’re getting “cake” from. It’s not overly sweet unless you want it to be. I’ve made bread similar to this before but this recipe is even simpler. I look forward to trying it.
Thank you for this easy recipe look delicious
My pleasure 😊 I’m glad you like it ❤️

How long should it go in the oven?

The problem with almond flour is there is one gram of sugar per 3 tbsp. of flour. How can that be keto?
