I tried this one too & really liked it. I took it slow on the side shuffles hoping to increase speed with more practice. Definitely put a different twist & variety to the workout. Thanks again, Ludgina! Love your motivating talk as we work out!
Yes! I came back to say I tried it.. and loved it.. but the last two sets I only did shuffle for 20 seconds at a time lol but I noticed it made my lower back feel strange. So I need to do this more so I will practice side shuffle more often!

This was brilliant, the only problem I have is I can only shuffle when I turn to the right when I turn the other way I'm like bambi on ice ?? 😂😂 ❤
